Prem , Sam and Roli reached hospital with Siddhant , they put him on stretcher and pulled him inside the hospital hurriedly , all there eyes were shedding tears seeing him soaked in blood ...

" Doctor , doctor ... it's an emergency " shouted Prem still pulling the stretcher , he stopped near the ICU and looked for a doctor ..

A doctor came and examining Sid he asked " how it happened , he had lost so much blood it seems "

" He got an accident " replies Sam with tears ..

Doctor : ok will see , you guys wait here itself and sister ( he called out a nurse ) take their tests too if we needed it later

Sister nodded and went to take the blood tests for all the three so that they can use it if was needed and anyone is compatible , while on the other side doctor took Sid inside the ICU ...

Time passed all have given there blood for test and was waiting for any response from them ..after sometime doctor came out then called Prem to his cabin for a talk ...

Prem : what happened doctor ... everything alright naa ..

Doctor : yeah he is alright it's just he has lost much of blood and his left hand got mild crack and as you can already see that head is also injured so we need to do a little operation then he'll be fine ...

Prem : ok then do what are you waiting for

Doctor : actually Mr Prem we need two units of blood to start that operation and it lacks in our blood bank but yeah no need to worry we've asked from other hospitals and seeing the emergency they'll provide us sooner and then we can proceed..

" He'll be fine right " asks Prem with a hope to hear the answer in positive..

Doctor : yeah Mr Prem I assure you he'll be fine it's good that he didn't got any severe injury on his head...

" Thank you so much doctor " thanked Prem for giving him a relief that his brother will be fine..

Doctor : if you don't mind I've a confusion can I share with you ..

Prem : yeah sure

Doctor : actually I saw your and Siddhant blood report and it's totally different I mean sister told you both are brother right so it should match to your DNA with some extent but nothing like that is there it feels like Sid is aren't from your family ...

Prem : yeah doctor you are right... actually Siddhant is an adopted one that's why it isn't matching with any of us ...

Prem hears a gasp behind him and he turned to see who it is....

Doctor too looked there and found Roli standing there , so he didn't reacted much and told " ohhh .. that's what I was thinking ,and sorry if I hurt you in anyway by saying all this actually I was just confused "

Prem shifts his eyes from Roli to doctor and said " no no ... it's ok.. it's fine "

Sister came informing that they got the blood so doctor left from there to attend Sid while here both Prem and Roli was standing silently , Roli was continuously looking at Prem while he was trying to hide his eyes from hers ..after few minutes of silence he spoke " it's true... Siddhant is adopted "

Roli was taken aback knowing Sid was adopted she was unable to believe that it's true as she have seen that how much Sid is being loved by everyone in the family so it was little bit shocking for her to know ...she slightly whispers " ohhh "

Prem turned to Roli and moved near her and holding her both hands asked trying not to meet his eyes with hers " see Roli please don't tell this to anyone specially Sid , I don't want him to know about it ...mmm he'll feel bad and you know right how sensitive he is "

Roli nodded then assured him that she won't open up this topic again but still she was unable to believe that Sid is adopted ..

Prem : thank you ... let's go Sam will be alone there

Roli nodded and left the cabin in deep thinking while Prem took a breath of relief , he murmured " thank God she didn't asked much otherwise what if she caught me for lying "

After handling himself from his raising heartbeat Prem left the cabin and went near ICU ... sometime later all other family members too came there ...

Simar directly went to Prem then asks while crying " how it happened "

Prem told everything to them about how it happened after hearing it all started shedding tears ... Sujatha moved near the ICU door and peeped inside through the glass panel and cries seeing Sid ...

Prem saw her then went to her and hugged her then consoles " Mom don't worry doctor said he'll be fine ... it's just little operation "

" But it might be paining to him right.. you know naa Prem he can't bear a little bit of pain then how he will bear this " cries Sujatha

Prem : Mom our Sid is not kid anymore he's grown up ... he is so brave don't worry everything will be fine he'll be fine...stop crying please otherwise he'll feel bad if he knows that you were crying and then he will make everything upside down , you know about him right

Sujatha nodded and gave little chuckle remembering how Siddhant was behaving when he saw tears in Sujatha's eyes...

12 years old Siddhant was sitting in his room and Sujatha was lying keeping her head in his lap , he was massaging her head to give her little relief as she was suffering from fever and because of that headache too...

Sid was continuously looking at her face and was talking some or other things to keep her engaged and divert her from pain to make her sleep... Sujatha was lying silently keeping her eyes closed but couldn't get sleep after a moment a drop of tear fell from her eyes ...

Siddhant looked at that and was shocked he softly asked " Mom you crying "

" No ..." Lied Sujatha as she didn't want tell her pain to her kid..

" No you are telling lie " told Sid and he too started shedding tears..

He bends down and joined his forehead with hers then asked so lovingly also wiping her tears " what happened Mom "

Sujatha feels him sobbing she slightly caressed his head and told " Siddhant don't baccha ..if you will cry then who will take care of me "

" You are crying and I can't see you like that " Siddhant cries hugging her more..

" It's paining Siddhant " accepts her after she wasn't able to hold herself seeing Siddhant so concerned for her

" Where Mom...." Asks him getting up and looking at her red face

" My head " answered her

Siddhant : I'll give you massage you'll be fine

Sujatha : can you get me a tablet

" of course Mom ...say which one " asks Sid massaging her forehead...

Sujatha : it's in my room downstairs ...ask to simar she'll give you

" Ok ... I'll bring food also for you it's not good to take medicine with empty stomach " Says Sid then slightly puts her head on bed and adjusted pillow under her then he ran down to get tablet..

When he reached downstairs he saw there were many people busy in decorating the house , there was a little function going to happen tommorow... first everyone denied for it but Sujatha told she would be fine till then so preparation continued...

Siddhant first went to kitchen to see for simar but he didn't found her there ,he thought to see for food and he got to know there is nothing prepared...

He was asking to the people about simar but none were telling clearly some were saying will be here only and some denied directly that don't know ...he got angered as no one was considering to reply him correctly and his Mom is crying in pain there...

He went to the table where things were kept for decoration and other stuff for the function...he stood there for a while and then he pushed the table making everything fall down ...

Everyone got shocked seeing this move from him , they stopped everything and was just standing looking at him...

Sid roamed his eyes in every direction then he told " nothing will happen here until my Mom get well got it, I was telling from long my Mom needs medicine and food where's my bhabhi but you all are so busy to even answer me properly... "

" Siddhant , what happened " asked simar running to him after she was called by a person stating about Sid's reaction..

Siddhant ran towards her and hugged her then started crying..." Bhabhi where were you "

Simar : I was in garden only .. you tell me what happened..

Siddhant : Mom's head is paining , she is crying.. I saw her tears ..she needs medicine and food , I was asking them about you but no one answered clearly

" Haven't I told you to call me when Mom wakes up , I've told right I'll be keeping my phone near me " said Simar wiping his tears..

" In hurry I forgot about that " murmured Sid

Simar: it's ok come , I'll make soup for Mom..

Siddhant and Simar went in kitchen and Simar quickly made vegetables soup for Sujatha and they came out from the kitchen , Sid saw all were again started doing preparation without minding about Sid's words thinking him as a child but yeah somewhere they felt guilty for not answering him properly... Sid shouted " haven't I told you nothing will happen here then why are you still doing it "

Simar was dazed seeing his burst out , she asked calmly " Siddhant , why this much anger "

Siddhant : when I told them nothing will happen until mom gets well then why are they still behind it

Simar knows that if they won't do as he wished then he'll create more problem so she signalled all to stop... Siddhant ran from there to somewhere simar tried to stop but he didn't ...

after sometime he came with the key and he locked the kitchen , he told " I asked some of your help to make food for my Mom but you all were trying to escape saying busy busy ...now no one will get food until my Mom becomes well , I'm not going to give this key "

Siddhant gave his final decision making everyone shocked ... Simar asked with disbelief " Siddhant what all this...give the key "

" no I won't give...no one will get food...and bhabhi don't waste much time Mom is waiting " Siddhant says in same tone then pulled Simar to Sujatha's room to take medicine and then went to Sujatha ...

Here everyone were still standing numb looking at the locked kitchen door and scattered things on the floor which Sid has thrown by pushing table...

Simar too was tensed with what Sid just did but she priorities Sujatha first...

They entered the room and saw Sujatha was pressing her forehead with one hand ..

Simar felt bad seeing it and they went to her ... Siddhant holds Sujatha's hand then told " Mom see soup and medicine is here , take it you'll be fine "

Sujatha tried to sit and Simar helps her , seeing her red eyes Sid felt more bad , he looked at Simar and told " bhabhi you give support to Mom I'll feed her "

Simar smiled then holds Sujatha and made her sit then she wrapped her hand around Sujatha giving her support while Sid feeds her...

After few minutes Sujatha stopped Sid " enough Sid , don't want more "

Siddhant : areey how come you didn't had even half too , have some more

Sujatha : Siddhant no please ..

Siddhant : ohhh ok leave it , I know you don't love me , now you showed that too

Simar chuckled seeing Sid's trick to make Sujatha eat while Sujatha looks at Sid in disbelief she asked " now from where did this came "

Siddhant : you don't love me Mom , that's why you aren't eating from my hands otherwise ..

" Enough naughty boy , give " told Sujatha with a smile knowing about him and opened her mouth to eat ..

Siddhant with a smile fed her another spoon of soup and like this way he made her to have full bowl ...after that giving medicine to her they made her sleep ...

After she slept Simar asked from " Siddhant whatever you did downstairs is not good "

" I don't know anything about it and I'm not going to give that key for sure " replied Sid with little anger and then he too lied down beside Sujatha and started massaging her head ...

Simar huffed then went down to see what's happening there she thought to look for spare key but Siddhant has taken that too , he wasn't letting anyone to clear the mess and also he stopped from having food too.. everyone were silently sitting in hall , time passes but Siddhant was still not ready to allow them for anything , Simar told them to order the food from outside but they denied as they feel it was there mistake too ..

At last Simar called Prem for handling Siddhant ...after much discussion Siddhant finally gave the key back on the condition that there won't be any function until Sujatha gets perfectly alright ...

Sujatha came out of that memory and wiped her tears then looked at Siddhant once again ,she mumbles " get well soon baccha ... mom is waiting for you my naughty boy "

Rajendra was silently looking at door wanting it to get opened and doctor comes saying " now you can meet him " he desperately wanted to see Sid and make himself sure that his kid is fine ...

Simar too was standing taking walls support closing her eyes praying to God for everything to be alright ...

Roli was standing into the corner little away, her eyes too were filled with tears she just wants to see him fit and fine again and when that time doctor called to Prem she too went to know or confirm herself that nothing is serious and everything is fine and there she happened to know about Sid's adoption...

Sam was standing beside Simar ,he too was shedding silent tears and somewhere was cursing himself thinking if he had kept that locket properly then this might not have happened ...

After some waiting doctor came out with good news he informed " he is fine now , unconscious too ,will take sometime to wake up ,in a minute he'll be shifted to normal ward then you can meet him "

All took a breath of relief then thanked the doctor and to God too for making Siddhant well ...

Before going doctor forwarded the locket towards Prem and told " this locket I found in his hand "

Everyone looked at it and fresh tears rolled down there eyes , Simar came near and holds that locket in her hand to see and then she cried after spotting Sid's blood on it ...

" Siddhant is in such a state because of this only , I don't want it now " cries her putting that locket back in Prem's hand ..

When Siddhant was shifted to normal ward all went inside but Prem stopped Sujatha and Rajendra " Mom Dad want to say something "

" What happened .." asks Sujatha with concern seeing Prem's pale face

Prem : not here, come ..

They nodded and followed him , after taking them to isolated place he informed " Roli got to know about Sid's adoption "

" Whattt " shouted both together with a fear on there face..

" Not fully " said Prem giving them little relief

Rajendra : but how did this happened ...

Prem narrated them the incident what happened in doctor's cabin and how Roli got to know about it but he handled it ...

Prem : there wasn't any problem if it was adoption but ... I don't know how they'll even react after knowing the whole story behind it ...how will Sid react after knowing that he's not our family blood moreover it wasn't adoption but...

Prem couldn't complete the sentence and started shedding tears Rajendra hugged Prem seeing him like that while Sujatha too kept her her head on Raj's shoulder and cries silently remembering it...

" Will Sid leave us Dad " asks Prem hugging him tightly

" No he won't ...he loves us , he won't leave us " says Rajendra holding his tears back trying to console Prem but somewhere he too was scared with that thought itself ...

" But he'll hate us ...after knowing truth " tells Sujatha burying her face more in his shoulders ...

" We won't let him to know the truth " says Rajendra hugging both Sujatha and Prem ...

Siddhant gets conscious back, all were near him only and as always whenever Siddhant gets ill or injured he'll only ask for Prem or sometime Simar so they were just beside him but he asked for Roli shocking everyone....
