The Battle of Emotions Part 2

Note: Only Pallavi, Vikram and Meera were there with Riya the rest were resting.

"What are you doing here?" Vikram questions. Pragya with fury in her eyes says, "where is Mr. Mehra?" Vikram replies, "he isn't home right now but you still have not answered my question." Pragya says, "I have come to tell your friend to stay in his limits and not accuse my daughter without any reasonable proof of being the reason for someone's suicide." Pallavi interrupts and says, "look I used to have respect for you, so please leave for we do have proof that Prachi, you daughter was the reason that Riya attempted suicide." "And what proof may that be, exactly?" Pragya scoffs. 

Pallavi replies, "we clearly saw Maya saying in a video that she and Prachi are friends and to snatch Ranbir from Riya so she planted Maya in Ranbir's life." Pragya laughs and says, "you could believe a video in which Maya states that Prachi had asked her to come in Ranbir's life to separate Riya from Ranbir. But you could not believe my daughter whom has always helped your family and never thought of anything but happiness for you." Pallavi says, "not only Maya but Riya too has said that Prachi hates her and was trying to snatch Ranbir away from her so she tried to commit suicide."

Pragya starts clapping, slowly and says, looking towards Riya, "wow, Riya how do you lie so well have you had some sort of secret training in lying or were just born like this I'm pretty sure you were the one who hated Prachi and to this extent that you planned her murder and don't you dare try to deny this for you yourself confessed in front of me and Sarita ji." Pallavi says, "listen, I know that you are upset about what happened with your daughter but it was her fault and you can not cover that up by putting a false accusation on Riya." "Pallavi she doesn't lie," says a voice shocking Pragya and confusing the others.

"Abhi what are you saying? ask Pallavi, Vikram and Meera in unison. "Prachi's mom is none other than my wife whom had left my old with Prachi twenty years ago and she does not lie, especially about something this big. So tell me Riya why did you try to murder Prachi, you used to say na that Prachi's mother is a really good mom and you consider as your own then why did you try to murder her daughter, my daughter?" Abhi says, shouting the last bit out and with tears in his eyes.

"Dad, I hate Prachi and her mother because her mother is selfish woman who left her newborn daughter alone and I hate her to my core and my so called sister snatched everyone away from me, first mom then Ranbir and she snatched you away too. And yes I did plan Prachi's murder because everyone time I planned something against her, be it spiking her drink in the Diwali part, making her fake mms, putting food poisoning in the food, putting drugs in her bag or making everyone believe that she stole the 10 lakh rupee it all failed, in fact I even made Maya put a fake molestation case on Ranbir but even that failed to separate Ranbir and Prachi, so I had no other option but to murder her so I could separate her and Ranbir." Riya says like a madwoman.

Suddenly a hard slap lands on her cheek. 

Riya looks up to see Pallavi looking at her with disgust and anger and Pallavi yells, "Riya you did so much with Prachi that I feel ashamed of myself, for ever trusting you, for ever thinking that you were a good girl and because of your evil plans I scolded Prachi so much, I even scolded Ranbir for liking Prachi but no more I myself will make sure that Prachi and Prachi only gets married to Ranbir. And you also made Maya come in Ranbir's life but I still scolded Prachi when she has always supported Ranbir and you have always just acted to support Ranbir, you are all but a devil. I hate you Riya and from this onwards you are not even allowed to see or talk to my son."

Riya shouts, "Prachi is selfish just like her mother! And I regret nothing that I did with because when I got to know she is my elder sister that just made me realise that Prachi's mom too is selfish." Abhi is about to slap Riya but gets stopped by Pragya and Pragya says, with silent tears rolling  down her cheeks, "it is not Riya's fault it is yours and Alia's fault for if you didn't let Alia go near Riya she would have never done these things with anyone." Abhi says, "it is mine Alia's fault but it is also Riya's fault so please Pragya let me tell her how ashamed I am to call her my daughter, my blood and how glad I am that Prachi is nothing like her and that Prachi is far better than Riya in every aspect." "No, it is true that Riya has made a mistake but it is more Alia's fault for putting this rubbish in her head and making Riya just like her, so if anyone should be punished it should be Alia," states Pragya. 

Abhi furiously yells, "Alia come downstairs right now!" Alia rushes towards the living room and gets shocked to see Pragya there and nervously is about speak when a tight slap lands on her cheek and she looks up and says, "Pragya how dare you slap me!" Alia is about slap Pragya but gets another slap on her other cheek and she is shocked to see Abhi looking at her with fury and Alia whispers, shivering due to the fury she had seen in Abhi's eyes, "Bhai why did you slap me?" "Alia, why shouldn't I slap you, in fact if you were not my sister I probably would have murdered you on the spot for manipulating my daughter against her own sister and mother but I don't want become like you and to make sure you never manipulate my daughters against each other or their mother I have decided that you shall leave this house forever," Abhi declares. "Bhai I never knew that Prachi was your daughter and I was just saying what I saw, I would never even dream of turning your daughters against each other, Bhai," Alia whispers, with fake tears. "But when did I say that Prachi was my daughter, Alia? This mean you knew didn't you and yet you still kept my daughter, my wife away from me when you know how much I missed them how much I yearned for them to come back to me," Abhi says, with continuous tears streaming down his cheeks. 

Before Alia could reply she gets another slap from Baljeet (or Daljeet, not sure what the name was but she's Abhi's daadi)  who had come down stairs on hearing all the noises and shouting.  Baljeet says, with tears, "Alia I knew were a bad person but I never you knew you were pure evil, first you separated Abhi and Pragya multiple times, you tried to kill Pragya and Bulbul, you separated Purab and Disha and now you tried to make a sister kill another sister, I have never seen anyone like you in my whole life and I hope it remains that way." 

Abhi grabs Alia tightly by the wrist and throws out of the house through the front door then closes the door on her. Alia thinks, this cannot be happening, if I can't make Riya hate Prachi and Pragya then I'll just make Prachi hate Pragya I must go to her house right now. Alia starts walking towards Prachi's house, for she doesn't want to be seen in a auto or taxi. 

A Riya, who was now crying says to Abhi, "Dad, why did you and mom separate?" "You have lost the right to call me dad by planning your sisters murder and as per your question, we separated because of you eldest sisters death, Kiara's....." Abhi finishes explaining all that had happened with Kiara and why they separated.

A guilty Riya says, "I'm sorry dad, I thought that my mom left me because she didn't love me and loved my sister more, please forgive mom and dad and I have realised that my love for Ranbir wasn't love at all but a stupid obsession, I know what I have done is unforgivable but if possible please forgive me."

Abhi says, "Riya, I will never be able to forgive for this crime." "And I will never be able to forgive you for letting your sister manipulate my daughter, which is why I have decided that I will leave Delhi and allow my daughters to chose whom they stay with," says Pragya, while battling her own emotions because on one side there was a part of her who still loved her husband but another part of her was furious at the man in front of her whom had been partly responsible for making her daughter a criminal.

"Pragya, please reconsider this," says a hurt Abhi Pragya shakes her head in no and leaves. Abhi and Riya follow her, despite Meera trying to ask them to stay back and let Pragya think over about this matter.

Ranbir, Dida and Aryan reach Prachi's house and find the door open, so they go in and hear loud crying from Prachi's room. The trio rush towards her room. 

Prachi cries, Shahana and Sarita ji try to console and they manage to but Prachi then remembers Abhi's harsh words and starts crying again and this time it looked like there was no stopping her. 

Ranbir, Dida and Aryan come in and Ranbir says in a gentle voice, "Prachi please stop crying we know you did nothing." Prachi looks up and looks at Ranbir emotionally and her crying seems to slow down for a couple  of minutes but then she remembers how Abhi had blamed her for Riya's suicide and she starts crying even more which was seemingly impossible. 

Dida says, "Prachi beta, please stop crying even I know that you didn't even know Maya before the lohri party so please stop crying beta." Prachi looks at Ranbir, Aryan and Dida with tears endlessly, rolling down her cheeks and remembering that Abhi had told her to stay away from Ranbir, Riya and his life she says with a couple of inhales, "pl...pl..pleas..please....leav...leave." "Prachi, I will only leave you when my soul leaves my body," said Ranbir with tears at the edge of his eyes on seeing Prachi so broken, so hurt, so devastated and he gently holds Prachi's hand. Prachi while sniffing and crying shakes her head in no and moves her hand away from Ranbir's. 

"Prachi, I know you are hurt that chief doesn't trust you but he will trust once we go and ask Maya the real mastermind behind the fake molestation case chief  will trust you again and everything will be back to normal so please stop crying," Ranbir whispers. "No, Ranbir why would Mehra sir be..believe Ma..Maya he al..already thinks that I wa..was the one wh.who a..ask..asked Ma..Maya to c..come into your life why wi..will he tr..trust m..me aga..again, I've lo..lost su..such a beauti..beautiful rela..relat...relation..relationship," Prachi sobs. Ranbir says, cupping Prachi's face, "ssh, what do you mean you lost such a relationship chief still thinks of you as his daughter he's just unsure but his uncertainty will fade away once we prove you innocent, okay?" Before Prachi could reply they heard some voices causing everyone to turn their attention towards the voices.
