Basic Background Of The Characters

The story is in continuation of the ending of a show named 'Meri Zaat Zarra-e-Benishaan'.

Characters :

Arfeen : Father of Haider. He was in love with Saba and did nikaah with her. His mother accused Saba of infidelity and later he divorced her and married Haider's mother whom he again divorced because he could never love her and she wasn't the kind of woman he wanted.

Saba : Mother of Sara. Now dead. She was in love with Arfeen but Arfeen's mother hated her because of love of Arfeen for her. She wasn't the ideal girl his mother wanted. Later on after divorce from Arfeen she was married off to a 50 year old father of 4 kids. When she got pregnant with Sara he accused her of cheating and divorced her too. She then moves away from everyone and finds solace in the Almighty and prayers.

Sara : She didn't know of her mother's past and later discovers it through series of events. She comes to stay with Arfeen (as directed by Saba) after her mother passes away. 

Haider : He didn't know the complete past of his father either. He was a sweet guy who loved his father. When Sara comes to stay with them, he is bit confused but later on starts to like her. 

Also, Sara is married to Haider because Arfeen wanted Sara to never leave the house. He cared for her and loved her as much as he loved Haider. He was requested by Saba (in a letter) to give Sara a home and not send her to her family or tell her of past.
