Chapter 6

Roli was crying her heart out while Sid was shedding silent tears , he doesn't know what he should do , he was just sitting silently on the ground after knowing about her bitter past and was crying silently , he was still unable to accept the truth , he really wished it to be a lie but unfortunately it was not...

Roli was devastated after remembering all those things again , she looked at Sid who was lost in his thoughts she taking this as chance took the poison from him and went to the cliff to complete her incomplete task , Roli opened the bottle and was about to put that in her mouth but before that Sid held her hand tightly , Roli looked at him and nodded no but he looked into her eyes and asked " don't you really have any reason to live .."

Roli looked down , her tears scrolled from her eyes , she nodded no and murmures " no ..no one trusts me , no one loves me ...I don't have any re..."

She couldn't complete her sentence and stopped in middle hearing him ..

" DON'T  YOU  HAVE  ME "

Fresh tears slipped from both of there eyes , Roli cries more after hearing him  , Sid make her look in his eyes then asked in feeble voice " say naa , don't you have me ..."

Roli was just looking in his eyes and was crying heavily ....

Siddhant : Roli will you live for me ... A tear slipped from his eyes , he was waiting for the answer but Roli didn't said anything...

Siddhant held her from her shoulders and shakes her slightly then asked " Roli please say , won't you live for me... Roli don't think that I am saying out of pity or anything ..even before knowing anything , I was trying over you , you know naa..and mumma .. mumma also  said that she wants you as my wife .. will you live again for me , being my wife and I promise you no one will taunt you , my mumma Papa they will love you , truly .. please Roli don't do this and come with me..."

Roli kept her head down and her grip over the poison became tight while looking down she said in between her sobs " I have never been in relationship with any boy , that night ..that night I was.. I was forced ..no one believed me not even my parents ... they thinks I am framing any story ..no one came to me when I needed them , everyone thinks I'm characterless ...no one trusts me.."

Roli starts crying heavily while Sid was caressing her shoulders to calm her , Roli looked above into Sid's eyes to ask but before that he answers " I trust you .." it was enough for Roli she waited for this word to hear from long, she wanted anyone to trust her , she cries more and threw herself on his shoulder and hugged him tightly ...

Siddhant too hugged her and caressed her back then said " I trust you , and I promise you I will be there always whenever you need me .. and one more thing you are not characterless ok ... you are my princess.." he said and kissed on her hairs , roli's grip around him becomes more tight , she cried and cried hugging him , he too let her to cry , he knows that it's not that easy to make her forget everything but he was sure that he will remove all those painful memories from her mind and will replace it with happiness...

While crying Roli slowly sat on the ground and so as Siddhant , she was still crying .. Siddhant broke the hug and cupped her face then wiped her tears " shhh.. enough .. not anymore ok.." 

Roli : but your parents .. what if they

Siddhant stopped her in middle " I told you right they'll love you.."

Roli again leaned on his shoulder and was still crying , Siddhant was continuously caressing her , his eyes fell on roli's hand , she was still holding that poison.. Sid released the hug then made Roli to look at her hand , Roli looked at poison and again her eyes filled with tears , Sid forwarded his hand asking her to give that to him , with trembling hands she handed over the bottle to Sid , Sid took that and throws it away which slided down the cliff , Sid cupped her face then made her look at him " next time dare you think about all these rubbish thing I will slap you hardly ok .." 

Roli nodded and again hugged him , she presses herself more on his chest and slowly slowly was sliding her face inside and was trying to cover her face with his blazer as if she wanted to hide herself from the outer world .. Siddhant noticed this and he took out his blazer then wrapped around her hiding her in him and then hugged her tightly ...

Roli felt a kind of relief on his act , she hugged him more and sobs in his arms , after months she got someone who trust her and is also ready to protect her from everyone and now she doesn't want anything other than being inside his safe hug ... Roli tilted her head and looked at him while Sid too downed his head and looked at her then asks what through his eyes ... Roli without making eye contact asked in low voice " you won't leave me right like Papa and Mom .."

" Never " replied Sid giving her assurance and kissed her forehead then hugged her ...both were like that for sometime ... Sid was thinking about what to do further , he got succeeded in his first step that is to make her live again and now he have to remove all those things from her mind completely and for that her family should also support her then only he will succeed and for that he has to talk to them ...he decided to go to her house and talk with them and after that with the help of her family he will erase that bitter past from her memory for forever ...he promised himself to give her a happy life with lots of love so that she can't even remember those things even if she tries...he promised himself and then kissed on her hairs as if he is promising from her too... Roli looked at him when he kissed her , Sid cupped her face then said " let's go ... will go to your home .."

Roli didn't let him to complete and started crying again " no no .. I won't go there ..no one loves me...they hate me ...they will ignore me .. I won't go , you take me with you Siddhant ji ... I won't go there.. I won't go.." she hugged him again as if she doesn't want to go anywhere leaving him not even to her own parents..

Sid cupped her face then tried to make her understand " Roli ..see.. listen to me first.."

Roli nodded no and whines " no I won't go ... don't leave me there .. please "

Siddhant : Roli .. Roli listen yarr..

Roli was not ready to listen him she was firm not to go her home again where no one trusts her , that place was not more than hell for her and after deciding to Live again she doesn't want to go in that house again which has only haunted her , being with her family still she felt herself Alone there , her only companion was those nightmares ... Siddhant was trying hard to make her understand but she was adamant not to go there...at last Sid left and said " ok ..ok fine I won't leave you there ok..we will just go and take your things then will come back ok... and also will inform them that I am taking my princess with me... now ok " 

Roli was still not ready but got convinced thinking she will go and come... Siddhant stood up and make Roli also stand then tried to take his blazer but Roli denied and said slightly " let it be.." Roli didn't raised her head and was waiting for his answer.. Sid smiled little then he himself wrapped the blazer properly on her then asks " ok..?? " She nodded and then both went back to there car taking her bag ...

Rosid reached roli's house , Roli started shivering and holds Sid tightly , Sid looked at her and pulled her more close to him then was about to ring the bell but Roli stopped him and hiding her face in his shoulder she says " Papa... papa will again blame me ... don't go .."

Siddhant cupped her face then said " no Roli he won't say anything .. I am there naa "

Roli : no you don't know , he will again blame me after seeing you with me ..he will hate me more ..he will ignore me more ...no no we won't go .. I don't want anything .. I will use whatever you will give .. I won't even complain and also won't ask anything from you pakka but please let's go from here..he will hate me more .. please ..we won't go.."  Roli was not ready to see the ignorance of her family again and if she goes with Siddhant then what they will think...there doubt will become true after seeing her with a boy , she was not ready to face all those accusions again..

Siddhant : shh..first stay silent and hear me..why are you getting afraid I am there naa... don't get afraid.. I am telling you right I will take you with me.. then why are you afraid..

Sid pressed the bell and was waiting for the door to open while Roli hid herself behind Sid leaning on his back holding his shirts tightly..

After few minutes Meena opened the and looked at Sid with confused face trying to recognize him but failed and asked " whom do you want to meet .." till now Jamanlal too came from behind and stood beside Meena and gave a look at Sid...

Siddhant greeted them politely and informed " I want to talk to you both ..."

Both became confused thinking who is he and what he wants to talk ..but still they invited him.. Sid was trying to step inside but Roli who was sticking on his back hiding herself from her parents' sight holds him more tightly nodded no still being on his back and started wetting his shirt... Sid took a breath then moves his one hand to back confusing Jamanlal and Meena ..he held Roli and tried to make her come out but she was resisting to even stand in front of her parents ... Sid sternly ordered her " come out .." 

Roli with a fear peeped from behind and looked at her parents shocking them , they were confused seeing Roli with him but they didn't said anything and was looking at Roli silently.. Roli holds Sid's arms tightly and leaned on it and cried heavily saying " will go from here " jamanlal and Meena was shocked to see her like this , they felt a pain seeing their daughter didn't want to come to her home anyways it's not her mistake too and they knows that but what shocked them more was Sid , they still don't know who is he... because after coming from the Hostel she never went anywhere , after months today only she went out and came with him...

Siddhant hugged Roli sidewise then says " yes..will go ..first come inside.."

Roli nodded no , Sid asked her lovingly " won't you hear me ... come inside .." Sid dragged Roli inside who was denying to come but still Sid took her inside ...he looked at her who was shivering heavily he thinks that it won't be good if he talks in front of her so he thought to send her inside .." Roli go to your room..."

Roli sticks to him more and nodded no , Sid was telling her to go but she was denying .. Sid too didn't wanted to send her but he didn't know what is in her parents mind what if they denied then it will hurt her more that's why he thought to talk Alone but Roli is denying to leave him so finally he ordered her " Roli go to your room ..and come when I will call you ok ..( Roli again nodded no and tried to hug him but he stopped her and speaks sternly ) do you want me to slap you ( Roli kept her head down and nodded no while sobbing ) then go inside "

Roli turned to go but Sid held her hand and she runs to him hugged him then cried , her parents were looking all this silently without any question but they were having moist eyes seeing Roli who is not ready to leave him and go inside in her own room... Sid kissed her hairs slightly forgetting that her parents are also watching them ...he cupped her face then said " sorry ... I didn't mean it yarr, why are you getting afraid you are in your house Roli , don't get afraid ok  everything will be fine I am here naa , don't you trust me ( Roli nodded yes ) then go inside let me talk to them ok then I'll call you hmm.. now go.." Roli nodded ok , Sid smiled and gave a peck on her forehead then corrected the blazer on her then sent her , holding the blazer tightly around herself Roli went inside without giving a glance at her parents as if trying to hide herself from them...

Siddhant turned towards them and asked " I want to talk to you both about Roli "

Jamanlal and Meena looked at each other then asked him to sit , Sid was about to sit but then he received the call from his mother he looked at jamanlal then excused himself and attended the call...

Sujatha : where are you beta..it went so long still you aren't here .. I am getting tensed ..is everything ok..

Siddhant : yes.. mumma everything ok don't worry ..you remember that girl whom I gave lift..

Sujatha : ya yaa.. what happened to her , you dropped her safely or not ..

Siddhant : I am at her house only mumma , will come little later you don't get tensed ok...

Sujatha : ohh..ok beta take care ok ..

Siddhant : yes mumma I will , ok bye..

Siddhant hung up the call and turned towards Jamanlal and directly shooted his question " do you know where Roli went today "

Jamanlal nodded no ..

Siddhant : do you know that she is not at home..

Jamanlal : Yes , she went out after asking from me..

Siddhant : and you allowed ..did you asked her where she is going ..

Jamanlal nodded no and kept his head down

Siddhant : and you aunty , did you know where she went..

Meena too nodded no ..

Siddhant : why didn't you asked her before allowing her to go ..

Both were sitting silently without having any answers...

Siddhant : thank God that it was me who gave her lift otherwise today you would have lost your daughter for forever...

Jamanlal and Meena were hell shocked after hearing this , Jamanlal asked " what do you mean .."

Siddhant : do you know why Roli went outside to buy poison and then to kill herself ...

Meena started sobbing then asked " what are you saying , it's not true "

Siddhant took roli's bag and opened it then showed them the money and then narrated whole incident ....

Siddhant was having tears in his eyes while they both were totally shattered to hear about there daughter ...

Siddhant wiped his tears then asked " why uncle...why didn't you trust her ..why .. when she needed you , your love , your support  , your protection you left her Alone , why uncle ...all these months she was fighting alone and when she got tired she thought to end everything... and went to kill herself , whatever is the state of Roli today more than that incident it's your fault uncle , it's all your fault , if you would have given your shoulder instead of accusing her then she might have not been here today... "

Jamanlal broke down , he was unable to handle the truth that his daughter went to kill herself and the reason is him , he should have went to her after he got to know the truth but he was unable to go in front of her because of his guilt while Roli was always waiting for her father ... jamanlal started crying  more .. Siddhant went to him and sat down on the floor in front of them then holds his hand and said " uncle .. it's.. it's not too late... everything will be fine again but just needed your help ..." Jamanlal joined his hands in front of Siddhant and thanked him " thank you beta..thank you so much for saving my Roli , it all happened because of me .. today she is not even ready to come inside this house .. she hates us our daughter hates us ... she was right you take her away .. she can't be happy here .. whatever we have done to her she won't forgive us..." 

Siddhant : uncle what are doing , don't do this and why do you think she won't forgive you...

Meena : he is right beta , didn't you see how she ignored us , she trusts you beta , she herself is ready to go away with you then let her go , this time we won't stop her and make her hate us more , you take her with you .. you have saved her life and we have seen that how you take care of her take her with you , she will be happy with you which we failed to give...

Siddhant holds Meena's hand and said " aunty .. what are you saying ..why you both are saying like this ...who told you that she hates you...no it's not like that , she is still waiting for you both ... she didn't hate you , she is just afraid .. afraid of your ignorance...yes uncle , she thinks you hate her , she is still longing for your love ... and you know why she don't want to come in front of you ( both looked at each other and then towards Sid and nodded no ) because she's afraid , she doesn't want to see you turning your face away from her , she still needs your support uncle , she needs your love , she is waiting for you , just try to take a step towards her , Roli herself will run to you trust me "

Jamanlal looked at him with a hope " is it true .. she will forgive us " 

Siddhant nodded yes and said " yes uncle .. she will .. just try to call her once then see how she comes to you ..ok let me call her"

Siddhant stood up and tried to go upstairs but then turned to them who was looking at him with little confused face... Siddhant went to them again and then spoke without making any eye contact " woh actually uncle ... I.. I love her ( Jamanlal and Meena looked at each other then smiled as till now they have guessed it that Siddhant loves Roli after seeing his care towards her ) if you both don't have any problem I want to marry her with all your blessings "

Jamanlal kept his hand over Sid's head giving his blessings then said " we don't have any problem why will we , you have saved our daughter's life and Also trying to mend our relationship too ..where will we get such a boy for our Roli.."

Meena : hmm..he is right , we don't have any problem.. it's our pleasure to give her to you ..and Also in just few hours she started trusting you which she didn't do to us then what problem should we have..

Siddhant gets happy after knowing there acceptance he delightfully said " thank you Uncle.. oops ... Papa ( a tear fell from both of there eyes after hearing Papa from him they felt so blessed, Sid noticed it and wiped those tears and continues ) I will surely marry her but before we have to remove all those memories from her mind and Papa I can't do this alone I need your both help... it's true that she is ready to go away with me but more than me she needs your support , your love ... you will do that right " Sid completed and forwarded his hand to them and they kept there hands assuring him that they are with him ...

Sid stood up but jamanlal hold him " but what if she didn't .."

Siddhant kept his hand over his and said " ohh ho Papa ... now why are you getting afraid nothing will happen , you just tell her that you still love her and most importantly you trust her ... this is what she want to hear from you .. then see she will forgive you . "

Jamanlal nodded and left him to go , Sid turned towards Meena and asked " Maa , her room ..??" 

Meena with a smile told about roli's room , he went and knocked the door , Roli got afraid after hearing a knock she screamed aloud thinking who came to her room because till now no one came... Sid heard her shout and asked " Roli ... Roli what happened .. open the door ... It's me Siddhant .."

Roli opened the door and runs into his arms then sobs " I got afraid ... I thought they .."

Siddhant hugged her and caressed her thinking , there's alot to go...he calmly said " Roli it was ok...no one is here hmm ...ok now come they want to talk to you " 

Roli looked at him with fear Then nodded no ..." No ... I won't go .. they'll "

Siddhant cupped her face then says " they'll love you , they trust you Roli ... like you are afraid they too are afraid thinking you won't forgive them... you will forgive them right .."

Roli looked at him and asked innocently " they trust me ... they'll love me .."

Siddhant : yes my princess .. they told me ..

Roli's eyes twinkles hearing she haven't lost her family , they are still there she again asked " really , you are not lying right .."

Siddhant nodded no " no .. I am not...you yourself come and see " 

Siddhant held roli's hand and took her downstairs ... she was still holding Sid's hand and keeping her head down while Jamanlal and Meena were looking at her with tears ,Sid asked them through his eyes to say , Jamanlal nodded and slightly called her " Roli...( Roli holds Sid's hand tightly and looked at him , Sid to looked at her and asked her to look at them , she slowly turned towards her parents , Jamanlal spread his arms to call her and with tears said ) sorry bacche forgive your Papa ..."

Roli cried , she left Siddhant hand and ran to her father and cried aloud complaining " why didn't you came before Papa ... I hate you ... I hate you "

Jamanlal hugged her tightly and asks forgiveness to take this much time to go to her.... Siddhant looked at them and shed happy tears , his second step also got completed , Roli got her family and now the only thing is to replace those bitter memories with happy ones...

It was the time for Sid to leave , Roli was not ready to leave him , Jamanlal and Meena smiled seeing her who is hugging him tightly and not letting him to go...

Siddhant : what is this Roli let me go...my mumma is waiting naa..

Roli : no don't go...

Siddhant : areey ... let me go then only I will come tomorrow naa..

Roli looked at him then asked " you will come tomorrow ..?? "

Siddhant : of course I will come tomorrow.. I will come daily ok .. now let me go princess..

Roli : promise..

Siddhant : haa promise... I will come daily now let me go..

Finally Roli agreed to let him go , Sid turned to go but Roli stopped him ..." Now what Roli ..."

Roli : your blazer ...wait let me bring it..

Siddhant stopped her then said " you keep that with you ok.."

Roli nodded and then Sid went...

SIDDHANT'S ROOM

NIGHT

Siddhant was narrating everything to Sujatha lying in her lap while rajendra was also sitting there hearing him ...they felt so bad for Roli ... Rajendra appreciated Sid for whatever he has done then he asked " Siddhant do you love her.."

Siddhant smiled and nodded yes " yes Dad I love her from the time I saw her and after knowing everything I love her more ... mumma you wanted her to be my wife naa , see now she will be.."

Sujatha : hmm..but we have to ask from her parents too..

Siddhant : Maa Papa are ready to give there daughter to me..

Rajendra pulled Sid's cheek then said " ohh so sir asked them too ..so fast haa.."

Sujatha smiled then said " hmm..of course he will be , he is your son naa.."

Siddhant chuckled while Raj pouted but then Siddhant remembered something and sat upon with a jerk confusing Raj and Sujatha ...

Sujatha held him then asked " what happened beta..."

Siddhant : mumma ... I forgot to tell Maa Papa that Roli still have nightmares ...what if she needs them..

Raj : ohh no then call her and ask if she's ok 

Siddhant : forgot to take her number .. I need to go now..

They saw the time , it was too late but Roli needed him so Raj allowed him to go ... Sid took his car and speeded up towards roli's house...

He reached roli's house and pressed the bell... Jamanlal and Meena came to see who came this time , they were surprised to see Sid there ...

Siddhant : Papa where is Roli ...

Meena : in her room why ..

Siddhant didn't said anything and runs to her room and found it opened then went inside ... Jamanlal and Meena too followed him with confused face.. Sid called her and searched in whole room but didn't found her , he was about to go out but then stops hearing water sounds from washroom ...

He knocks the washroom door and called her... Roli who was hiding herself inside after having those nightmares again ,got afraid hearing the knock , she thinks they found her ...she cried louder and shouted from inside " go away ... Don't touch me... don't touch me.."

Siddhant knocked the door again and shouted " Roli open the door Roli... it's me Siddhant... open the door ... nothing will happen to you.. come out see Maa Papa is also there nothing will happen... come out princess... I am here naa don't get afraid... come out.."

After recognizing Sid's voice , Roli cried and to confirm again she called " Siddhant ji.... Siddhant ji..."

Siddhant : yes Roli .. come out... I am here... come out..

Roli opened the door and came out , she was totally wet in the water , her body was shivering out of fear or water don't know and she was having a knife in her hand for her protection , everyone present there shed tears seeing her state, she spotted Sid and hugged him crying loudly..." Siddhant ji ...woh..woh..they...they were trying to touch me.."

Siddhant hugged her " now I'm here naa ..no one will touch you... I am here naa .. I won't let anyone touch you.."

Sid tried to take knife from her hands but she started shouting again " no... Siddhant ji .. they'll they'll touch me... I won't give.."

Siddhant hugged her again and said " Roli trust me nothing will happen to you ..see all are here give me that.." Siddhant slowly took the knife and gave it to Jamanlal ... Sid turned towards Meena and asked " Maa first you change her clothes , she's wet " Meena nodded and comes forward.. Sid tried to move away but Roli didn't let him to go..." No Siddhant ji .. don't go .. don't go.. they'll touch me "

Siddhant hugged her again and assured her that he will not go ... Sid turned towards Jamanlal and asked " Papa ...can I stay here today .."

After seeing roli's state who was not ready to leave Sid ...they allowed him to stay... and left the room leaving rosid Alone...

Siddhant broke the hug then cupped her face.." Roli look at me...( Roli looked at him and was still sobbing , Sid wiped her tears and kissed her forehead then joined his forehead with her ) see I am here ok ...no one will touch you... you go and change your dress.."

Roli : but they...

Siddhant : no one is here ok...go and change ... I will stand outside only ok..go..

Roli nodded and went to change , after changing , Sid was sitting on the bed in half lying position while Roli was sticking to him keeping her head on his chest and was sobbing... Sid was in t shirt and tracks , this time too Roli was trying to hide herself but was unable to like he did in the morning , Sid looked here and there then found his blazer which he left , was placed on other corner of bed , he sat up .. Roli looked at him , he nodded as nothing then took his blazer and wrapped around her and hugged her again ... Roli cries in his hug and then slept in few minutes... Sid informed his home about his stay then he too slept in sitting position holding Roli close to him..and after so many days Roli slept peacefully....
