Summary:
What if Shyam was a nice guy, married to Anjali; suppose he was a loyal husband? Instead we have Dr. Raj Kumar Singhania, son of Khushi's father's friend. He is Babuji's doctor and soon the Gupta family will want them to get married. Raj is not as rich as Arnav is, but he owns a group of hospitals. Unlike Arnav, Raj is a very nice, cheerful and generous person. The rest of the story is same; Khushi is training Lavanya and Lavanya is Arnav's girlfriend, who is living in Shantivan now. So will Khushi fall in love with Raj and forget Arnav? If she does, will Arnav be able to win her back? Or will Arnav and Khushi still love each other? If so, will they ever realize their feelings for each other? If and when they do, what will happen to Raj and Lavanya?
