Shiva and Raavi have been frenemies since childhood.
Shiva drops out after Std.12, doing odd jobs to support his family income so his brothers can go to college. He's a rough and angry young man, with self-esteem issues. He’s incredibly devoted and loyal to his family and will do anything for them. Raavi is studying her Masters in Medieval History in the US. She visits for the holidays when she becomes the victim of a kidnapping attempt. Shiva who has been working as a mechanic at a highway truck stop, tracks her down, and frees her. This impresses Raavi’s dad who hires Shiva as her personal bodyguard.

Raavi hates the control her dad has over her, and keeps rebelling in small ways, but knows deep down that her father will always have his way.
