Zain Imam APPEALS to the fans of 'Naamkarann' to save the show from going off-air

Star Plus is soon to undergo a revamp and witness some programming changes in order to shoot the sinking TRPs and bring it back to the position it once was in the number game.

It was only a couple of months back that the news about multiple Star Plus shows being pulled off-air in the wake of the same hit the tellytube, and Naamkarann was one of them.

The makers, in fact, did try to work on their track and storyline by bringing in a leap in the show with new looks for leads Zain Imam (Neil) and Aditi Rathore (Avni/Nilanjana) along with a couple of new entries.

However, none of it seems to be working in the channel's favour as there are viewers who continue to watch the show online and do not watch it on TV, thereby affecting the TRPs despite having high popularity.

And, trying to curb the aforesaid, Zain aka Neil did make an appeal to the viewers to watch the show on TV and not online so that their show can be saved. The online viewership is gradually leading to a decline in TRPs and not working in favour of the channel or makers.
