YRKKH: Akshara reunites with Abhir; Abhinav meets with an accident

The episode begins with the lady inquiring Abhir about his parents' details - his mother's and father's names, addresses, and contact numbers. Abhinav informs that he will take Akshu to the hospital, but Aarohi, a doctor with her sister, assures him that she can take good care of Akshu. Aarohi pleads to get Abhir to his mother as she needs more than just medicines. Abhinav leaves, and the lady urges Abhir to have some food while assuring him that he can talk about his parents whenever he feels comfortable. Abhinav says he has no one except his wife and child and can't imagine life without them.

Meanwhile, Manjiri is attending to Akshu and Manish questions why she is showing concern now. Suwarna rushes to Akshu's side, and Manish blames her for causing pain to Akshu, stating that guilt might lessen, but nothing will change. Suwarna insists on taking Akshu home, but Aarohi, being Akshu's doctor, refuses to allow her to leave until Abhir returns. Abhir eats hurriedly, and the man advises him to eat slowly and share his parents' names. The lady intervenes, suggesting they let him finish his meal before asking further questions.

Later, Abhi returns home and inquires about Akshu. Manjiri informs him that she is with Aarohi, and Abhi reveals that he searched everywhere but couldn't find Abhir. Anand consoles Manjiri, while Manish scolds Abhi, stating that he isn't trying hard enough and needs to do more. Abhi acknowledges the truth in his words.

Meanwhile, the lady asks Abhir about his parents again, and he reveals his parents' names and contact numbers, mentioning that they live in Kasauli. The lady realizes he has come from far away and plans to call them. However, when Abhir asks to use the washroom, he takes the opportunity to escape, fearing they might lead him to his father and prevent him from reaching Akshu.

Akshu wakes up and expresses her determination to find Abhir, but Manish stops her. She refuses to eat or take medicines but eventually agrees to eat when Abhi signs her not to resist. However, as soon as she agrees, Abhi runs off without waiting for her to eat.

Meanwhile, Abhinav learns about Abhir's situation from the driver and calls the inspector to check the CCTV footage in the area. He worries for Akshu's well-being too. Abhi takes medicines, but he's more concerned about Akshu. The lady and man discuss the possibility of getting a reward for finding Abhir.

In the next scene, Abhir walks on the road, praying to reach his mother safely. Back at Akshu's home, she escapes and runs outside, despite not being in good health. Abhi gets a car to search for Abhir, but Akshu is angry and blames him for their son getting lost. They argue, but Abhi convinces her to accompany him in the search.

Abhir, while hurt, remembers Akshu's advice to write a message to get help.
