Teri Meri Doriyaann: Angad arrives just in time and saves Sahiba's life

In tonight's episode of Teri Meri Doriyaan, Sahiba (Himanshi Parashar) prays for her son, worried about the trauma he faces after witnessing the death of someone he viewed as a father figure. Meanwhile, Arminder sends his henchmen to kill Sahiba, instructing them to report back only once the job is done. Disguised as a food delivery boy, one of the goons enters the police station. When a constable stops him, he explains he's new, as the regular delivery person is on leave. The constable accompanies him as he distributes food to the inmates. An inmate finds a note in her meal and reads it. The constable urges Sahiba to eat and stop crying, but the inspector, noticing Sahiba's distress, offers to let her see her son in his office. Sahiba, however, refuses to eat, worried her son might not have eaten either.

Akeer, clutching Sahiba's photo, cries inconsolably. Angad (Vijayendra Kumeria) tries to comfort him, urging him to sleep, but Akeer rejects him, expressing hatred towards Angad. Hurt, Angad walks away in tears while Akeer continues crying for his mother. Bebe approaches Angad and asks if Akeer has slept. Angad, longing to soothe his son with a lullaby, laments his inability to do so. Bebe decides to sing a lullaby to her great-grandson.

An attempt to kill Sahiba:

Although Akeer initially insists he only wants his mother's lullaby, Bebe reassures him that he will see his mother in his dreams. She sings to him, and he imagines Sahiba and Diljeet putting him to sleep. Angad prays for guidance to prove Sahiba's innocence, then has a nightmare of someone chasing and killing her. Worried, he rushes to the police station to check on her. The constable on duty stops him, but Angad insists on seeing his wife. The inspector arrives and tells Angad to return in the morning. Later, in the dead of night, one of the goon inmates wakes up and tries to strangle Sahiba while everyone else is asleep. Angad forcefully pushes past the constables, insisting he'll only take five minutes. He rushes in and finds Sahiba unconscious on the floor. The inspector orders the constables to unlock the door. Angad lifts Sahiba and gently shakes her until she regains consciousness, coughing.

Sahiba is shifted to a different cell:

Seeing the mark on her neck, Angad urgently asks who did this to her. Sahiba indicates that another inmate strangled her. Inmate Divya, however, accuses Sahiba of attempting suicide and then blaming her. Angad firmly defends Sahiba, stating she never lies. The inspector, unable to take sides without further investigation, informs them that only a thorough inquiry will reveal the truth. Determined to protect Sahiba, Angad tries to take her out, but the inspector intervenes and decides to move Sahiba to a different cell. Concerned, Sahiba asks about Akeer. Angad shows her a photo of Akeer and reassures her that he will stay close to their son and is committed to proving her innocence.

In the precap, Angad and Sahiba are seen performing pheras in a gurudwara, reaffirming their vows. Angad declares that their love story will be the fifth legendary tale of Punjab. Sahiba, however, points out that the previous four stories ended tragically. Angad promises to ensure their story has a happy ending with her support.
