YRKKH 6 years later: Destiny separates AbhiMaan once again, RJ Armaan begins a new chapter with another woman

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai recently welcomed a joyful moment as Abhira and Armaan became parents to a baby girl, Pookie. However, instead of bringing the couple closer, the arrival of their daughter has created distance between them. Armaan, now an overprotective father, is unintentionally hurting Abhira and those around him with his actions. What fans hoped would be a new beginning for the couple seems to be turning into something else altogether. As the show gears up for a six-year leap, it seems Abhira and Armaan have grown so apart that fate has taken their lives in completely different directions.

After a six-year gap, destiny intertwines Abhira and Armaan's lives once again, this time on their daughter Pookie's birthday, even though they remain unaware of each other's presence. The once inseparable couple is now living separate lives. Armaan, having taken on a new identity, is now known as RJ Saathi Anjaana. As he opens his late-night radio show, he warmly greets his listeners, calling himself their companion of the night who will play their favourite songs and lend an ear to their heartfelt stories.

On the other hand, Abhira, still struggling to move on, finds herself overwhelmed with emotions on Pookie's birthday. Lighting a candle to mark the occasion, she becomes lost in memories, staring at her daughter's childhood photos. The pain of separation weighs heavy as she questions why fate tore her away from her child, wondering what mistake led her to a life of loneliness.

While Armaan is handling something on the table, his hand accidentally knocks over a diary placed there. As the diary falls to the ground, a photograph slips out from its pages, an old picture of him and Abhira together. He picks it up and stares at it for a moment, lost in thought. Then, with a firm resolve, he tears the photo, separating Abhira from it, symbolically removing her from his life. In his mind, he makes a silent promise that the shadow of his past will never fall on his daughter's future.

Later that day, Armaan returns home, where a now-grown Pookie runs into his arms with pure affection, calling him "Papa." He lifts her lovingly and wishes her a happy birthday, while an unidentified woman in a saree watches the tender moment with a gentle smile. When Armaan asks Pookie what she wants as a birthday gift, her innocent yet emotional request stuns him. She says she wants her mother. His eyes widen in shock as he looks towards the still-unrevealed woman standing nearby.

In another scene, Armaan receives a call on his radio show. The caller, unaware of who RJ Saathi truly is, is none other than Abhira. She tells him it's her daughter's birthday and she wishes to dedicate a song to her child. Armaan, equally unaware that it's Abhira on the other end, mentions that it's also his daughter's birthday and suggests they both celebrate by listening to a beautiful track. The soulful "Chandaniya" begins to play, bridging their shared emotions unknowingly.
