Physical fitness is an important factor to many people, for some its because they want to stay healthy and active, therefore exercise is quite important. And for others, its not the lifestyle but its generally to look good which is the primary goal. With the summer season here, everyone is obsessing over looking their absolute best. Therefore, BollyCurry brings to you: The Workout Edition, a playlist of some of Bollywood's most up to beat songs, which will help you shake off those extra calories to gain that superb look you crave for this summer. Dance Pe Chance

First up we have the ultimate Bollywood workout song "Dance Pe Chance Mar Le" from the movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. The peppy number is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Labh Januja. This dance number is perfect for a workout session, and the foot tapping lyrics and upbeat song makes you want to join in and shake a leg. What makes the song even better is that it comes with instructions; all you have to do is to put on the song and go with the flow.

Dhoom Machale Dhoom

"Dhoom Machale Dhoom" from Dhoom 3 is sung by Aditi Singh Sharma, and is a must in everyone's playlist. It's a fast paced  and extremely energetic song, which forces you to really push yourself a bit harder during your workout session. No matter if, you're running on the treadmill, or doing something else, the song will lift your spirits and make you run that extra mile. The song is a perfect asset to your very own playlist, and can be played at anytime, in the beginning to really kick off your session, or in the middle to boost your energy or in the very end to give you that last push before you finish.

Angrezi Beat

What makes a workout session complete, is an upbeat song to intensify the workout session a notch. A perfect example of a song like that is "Angrezi Beat" the blockbuster song from the movie Cocktail, is sung by the very talented Honey Singh and is the perfect hip shaking song, and will definitely make you show off a move or two. Moreover, it will surely lift your spirits and energize you as you shake a leg, to an angrezi beat.

One Two Three Four

One two three four... This is exactly how many people workout, a four-step exercise back and forth; to get into the move. However, why not do the same thing in a fun way. Put on "One two three four" from Chennai Express,  and let the loud music and the fun steps take the lead as you dance your way through your workout session.

Kamli

There's more than one reason why "Kamli" from Dhoom 3 should be on your workout playlist. One of them being that it's a feel good Punjabi song, sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, who gives in her best for the song. It's neither a slow or a very fast paced song, and that's why its gives you the freedom to try out your own dance moves. Another reason to add it is because of Katrina's fabulous moves, she takes over the screen and gets all the attention as she dances, and everyone has to admit that in private or in public, we all have tried to replicate those steps.
