Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Ruhi asks Armaan to leave Abhira and choose his family instead

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Armaan (Shehzada Dhami) confronts Kaveri about his failure. Kaveri reveals that instead of addressing three issues, Armaan mistakenly brought his marriage certificate with Abhira (Samridhii Shukla). She emphasises that by marrying Abhira, Armaan chose her over his family. Kaveri deems Abhira as a bad omen and insists on protecting the family, demanding Abhira to leave the house as she sees her as Armaan's responsibility. Armaan is stunned, while Abhira is tearful, yet Kaveri ignores her.

Manoj expresses opposition towards Abhira, while Sanjay comments on Manoj's realisation. Manisha takes Abhira's side, leading to tension between her and Manoj. Kajal makes a pointed remark towards Manisha. Manoj expresses sympathy towards Armaan, but Kajal hints at the benefits Manoj and Krish would gain if Armaan leaves. Despite this, Manoj refuses to replace Armaan, prompting Sanjay to urge him to reconsider. Manisha aligns herself with Abhira, while Vidya and Madhav observe the discussion on Armaan and Abhira with concern.

Ruhi consoles Armaan:

Manish learns of Kaveri's decision to disown Abhira and Armaan, which Swarna supports. Manish questions Swarna's lack of empathy, but Swarna believes that Abhira and Armaan are jeopardising Ruhi's happiness, leading her to approve of Kaveri's decision. Armaan refuses to leave the house, leading Kaveri to close the door on him. Armaan demands entry, threatening to break the door down, but Kaveri remains unmoved. Abhira urges Armaan to stop and questions Kaveri's love for him. 

Vidya accuses Abhira of causing Armaan's suffering, prompting Abhira to challenge Kaveri's decision. Armaan expresses his inability to live without his family and receives solace from Ruhi. Abhira implores Vidya and Madhav to support Armaan, leaving them stunned.

Ruhi asks Armaan to leave Abhira if he wants to remain with his family while Abhira overhears their conversation. Vidya attempts to persuade Kaveri to intervene, but Kaveri remains resolute. Abhira and Armaan reminisce about their past, and Abhira urges Armaan to leave her if he prioritises his family.
