Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan spots Roop holding Abhira's dupatta while demanding an invitation for food

In Star Plus' longest-running show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, while the Goenkas and Poddars are entangled in the turmoil surrounding Armaan and Abhira's divorce, the unfolding love triangle between Abhir, Charu, and Kiara have complicated matters for both families. Meanwhile, the recent addition of Roop's character in Abhira's life, with a mutual connection to Shivani, who is Armaan's real biological mother, sets the stage for a potential reunion between Armaan, Madhav, and Shivani.

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, the day of Charu and Abhir's engagement arrives, with everyone gathered to celebrate the occasion. However, not everyone is pleased with the union, especially Charu's father, Sanjay. He attempts to leave the function, but seeing Charu's sadness, Abhir steps in to stop him. In a tense moment, Sanjay challenges Abhir to take his blessings by touching his feet. Despite his injury, Abhir, without hesitation, bends down to accept the blessing. Moved by the gesture, Sanjay hugs him, leading to a reconciliation that makes the day even more memorable for both families.

Meanwhile, the joyous atmosphere takes a turn when Roop arrives at the Poddar house to meet Abhira. Noticing him before anyone else, Abhira quickly intervenes, taking him aside to prevent him from entering the house. She learns that he came to get her signature on some papers, which she signs. However, Roop then requests to be invited for the meal, saying he was craving some good food. He mentions that since she didn't send him the tiffin and his mother was resting and he didn’t want to disturb her, he decided to come to the Poddar house and enjoy a meal instead. Abhira insists he leaves, but Roop tries to persuade her, requesting that she at least let him inside to eat. He lightens the moment by jokingly asking her to pack him food in her lehenga's dupatta, showing her exactly how to wrap it. Abhira laughs at his antics, and they share a playful conversation.

However, she soon takes the dupatta from his hands and firmly asks him to leave. Roop, assuring her that no one will find out, continues to request something else, but Abhira questions his behaviour, leading to their ongoing playful disagreement.

From a distance, Armaan and Vidya witness the interaction between Abhira and Roop, with Armaan catching a glimpse of Roop holding her dupatta as she tries to chase him away. Vidya is angered by the situation, and jealousy begins to spark in Armaan's eyes.
