Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan finally smiles as he reconciles with Abhira, sparking an office romance

In tonight's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira asks the household help to send fruits and chocolates to Ruhi. Armaan, feeling deeply grateful, kneels down, holding Abhira's hands, and thanks her for saving both Ruhi and their baby. He points out that Ruhi was the one who wore the heels. Abhira, however, defends Ruhi, which leads Armaan to question her stance. Abhira calmly explains that during pregnancy, a woman's body goes through various changes, and Ruhi might have worn the heels due to emotional stress or physical discomfort. Armaan listens, starting to understand her point of view.

The two share an emotional conversation, with Armaan expressing his guilt over his previous reactions towards Abhira, especially when Daksh called him 'papa.' When Abhira asks why he feels guilty, Armaan says that only Rohit has the right to be Daksh's father. Abhira reassures him that they will tell Daksh the truth when he’s older. She then comforts him and brings a smile to his face, even suggesting that Daksh will call him “TADA” once he’s grown up. When Armaan is puzzled and asks about the meaning, Abhira explains that it’s a combination of Taya and Dad, asking if he thinks it’s a cool idea. Armaan laughs and agrees, saying it's perfect.

As they enjoy a peaceful, close moment together, Abhira’s phone alarm interrupts, reminding her of an important meeting. Armaan playfully tries to stop her, making cheesy lines, but Abhira teases him to pause for a moment and gets back to work. Armaan, however, isn't ready to let her go and jokingly asks when he can start making cheesy lines again. Abhira, smiling, reveals that she has plans for a date with him in the evening. Armaan, eager for the date, asks for a pinky promise, which she gives. After a sweet kiss, she heads off to her meeting. On her way, Abhira unexpectedly spots Abhir and Charu together, which surprises her.

Abhira is taken aback when she overhears a conversation between Abhir and Charu, revealing the affair between them. Abhir confesses to Charu that he has decided to divorce Kiara, admitting that she is aware of their relationship. He expresses his belief that it’s better to separate from Kiara before everyone else finds out the truth. Charu, visibly shocked, questions him about how Kiara will handle the news, but Abhir responds, saying that while he feels bad for Kiara, his love for Charu outweighs his feelings for her. Abhira, who has been listening from a distance, is stunned by this revelation. She watches as Abhir and Charu hold hands, but before she can confront them, they leave, unaware of her presence.

Meanwhile, Armaan returns home to find Ruhi telling him that Daksh misses him. Armaan suggests to Ruhi that she teach Daksh to call him "TADA." Ruhi realises that the idea came from Abhira and calls her clever. Krish, however, questions Ruhi if she has money for the auto fare. When Armaan offers to help, Krish ignores him. Ruhi, determined to bring Armaan and Krish closer, tries to bridge the gap between them.

Abhira makes an effort to speak with Abhir. Swarna advises Kiara to think about her future carefully. Meanwhile, Abhira arrives at the Goenka house to confront Abhir. Abhira silently urges Kiara not to ignore the truth. Swarna notices that Kiara isn't well and asks Abhira to take care of her. Abhira advises Kiara to end her marriage, but Kiara insists that she loves Abhir deeply and cannot leave him. She becomes resolute about preserving her marriage, fearing that ending it would make her seem like a "failure."

Elsewhere, Swarna informs Manish that Abhir is missing and requests his help in convincing Abhir to stay with Kiara. Meanwhile, Ruhi continues her attempts to bring Armaan and Krish together, but their efforts result in a fight. Abhira intervenes and asks Krish to leave. Armaan, frustrated, scolds Ruhi, telling her to focus on the baby rather than unnecessary concerns. Ruhi grows anxious, fearing Armaan will start ignoring her once the baby is born.

Later, Armaan reacts strongly upon hearing about Abhir and Charu's affair. Abhira and Armaan decide to have separate conversations with Abhir, Kiara, and Charu. Armaan tells Abhir to keep the affair a secret from the rest of the family. Vidya seeks Abhira's help with preparations for Kaveri's birthday, and Abhira agrees to assist her. Armaan feels conflicted, reflecting on how Kaveri never showed respect for Shivani, yet Abhira is still planning for her celebration.
