The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai tonight begins with Akshara and Abhimanyu preparing for their wedding. The melodious tune of "Hamari banno pyaari" fills the air as Abhir compliments Abhi, while Ruhi wards off any evil eye on Akshu and praises her. Abhir, in return, shields Abhi from any negative energy and urges him to join the festivities. Ruhi emphasizes the importance of making every moment special for the couple, and everyone smiles.

As they continue with the preparations, Akshu suddenly feels dizzy and stumbles. Aarohi rushes to her side, and Suwarna advises Akshu to be cautious. Aarohi scolds Ruhi for something, but Akshu intervenes, requesting her not to reprimand Ruhi. Aarohi promises to get another pair of sandals for Akshu, who insists she's fine and comforts Aarohi, telling her not to panic.

Akshu insists that Aarohi go out and welcome the 'baraat' while she stays behind.

Amidst the celebrations, the pandit starts singing "Balika tumhare sapno ka," and Abhi arrives with the 'baraat.' Akshu watches him with a smile as the song "Heeriye sehre bandh ke" plays in the background. Despite her happiness, she turns away briefly. Abhi searches for her and realizes she was at the window. Akshu takes a moment to talk to a picture of Abhinav, sharing her feelings and expressing her commitment to providing a normal family for Abhir.

She reassures Abhinav's picture that she will change her attitude and learn to love like Abhi. She vows not to let happiness be hindered and believes that Abhinav is with her in spirit.

The wedding rituals continue as Suwarna performs Abhi's 'aarti,' and Abhi makes his way to the 'mandap.' Akshu arrives, and Manjiri and Shefali intervene to prevent Suwarna from playfully pulling Abhimanyu's ear. Suwarna then helps Abhimanyu perform the 'toran' rituals, but the 'toran' falls, causing some concern. Kairav and Manish bring Akshu to the ceremony, and Abhi takes her hand, leading her to the 'mandap.' Manjiri and Suwarna hand them the garlands, and they exchange them, amidst applause. Abhi and Akshu sit in the 'mandap,' and Abhi offers Akshu water.

As the wedding continues, Akshu suddenly feels dizzy again and faints. Aarohi is filled with worry, knowing she'll have to lie to both families. Dadi tells Abhi that the reports haven't arrived yet, and Rohan is tasked with getting them. Akshu regains consciousness, and Abhi asks why the reports haven't come. Dadi assures him that Aarohi will provide an explanation. Manjiri expresses concern about Akshu's health, emphasizing her fainting episodes. Abhi receives the reports, and Dadi anxiously watches as he checks them.
