Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira left shocked as Kaveri and Vidya get duped by fake bank manager

Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai recently took a dramatic seven-year leap. The story, which had seen Abhira and Armaan welcome a baby girl, took a sharp turn as their marital relationship fell apart. Post-leap, the narrative now shifts focus to the Poddar family's life after the time jump. Abhira is seen living a modest, middle-class life with Kaveri and Vidya, who are now running a saree business. While Armaan's post-leap life was partially revealed in the promo, showing him as a radio jockey, he is now seen living at Mount Abu with a family- Maira and Geetanjali, raising questions about his current family dynamic.

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya decide to unwind after a hectic day by taking some time out for self-care. Each of them settles into a chair with a face mask on, enjoying a moment of relaxation. As they sit back, Abhira gets a message on her phone. Surprised by its contents, she quickly removes her mask and reads it. It states that there isn't enough money in the account to pay the loan instalment.

Concerned, Abhira calmly turns to Kaveri and Vidya and asks if they deposited the money in the bank. Kaveri assures her that the money was submitted, and Vidya backs her up by saying a bank manager had personally assisted them. Hearing this, Abhira becomes anxious and suspects something is wrong.

She immediately contacts the bank and informs them that Kaveri and Vidya had come in to deposit the money and were assisted by someone claiming to be a manager. To her shock, the person on the other end reveals that the man who helped them wasn't actually a bank employee but a fraudster. Abhira is stunned and informs Kaveri and Vidya that they were tricked by a thief who pretended to be a bank manager and took all the money.
