Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Abhira is shocked as both Armaan and Roop wear her favorite colour

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Charu notices Abhira's injury and expresses concern, urging her to visit a doctor. However, Abhira reassures her that she is fine. Meanwhile, Krish organises a chit-picking session to determine dance partners, and Abhira is taken aback when she draws Armaan's name. Armaan, on the other hand, is initially worried about Abhira's wound but stops himself upon spotting Vidya.

Determined to select a different dance partner, Abhira decides to pick another chit. However, both she and Armaan are left stunned when they realise that every chit contains only Armaan's name. Kaveri reprimands Aryan and Krish for the situation and instructs Abhira to proceed with the event preparations. Later, Charu inquires about the colour of Abhira's outfit for the occasion. Before Abhira can respond, Ruhi reveals that purple is Abhira's favourite colour. Upon hearing this, Roop is delighted to learn something new about Abhira.

Armaan then questions Abhira about Roop, mentioning that he should be informed about Shivani being dropped off. He further criticises Roop for being an irresponsible son. However, Abhira stands up for Roop and defends him. Amidst this, Armaan takes a moment to promote the new show Pocket Mein Aasman and introduces its male lead.

Meanwhile, Swarna and Surekha tease Charu about Abhir. Abhir then playfully requests Swarna to write only his name on Charu's mehendi, leading everyone to tease the duo. Elsewhere, a woman asks Kiara why she isn't applying mehendi. Kiara, feeling disheartened, replies that mehendi is not in her fate, leaving her emotional.

As the celebration continues, Abhira, Krish, and Aryan are taken aback when they see Armaan dressed in purple. Feeling self-conscious, Armaan believes he looks odd in the outfit and considers changing. However, Abhira is left even more stunned when she notices Roop also wearing a purple outfit. Armaan, too, is startled by Roop's attire.

Manish compliments Roop on his appearance, stating that the colour suits him well. He then encourages Roop to enjoy the function while purposefully ignoring Armaan. Later, Abhira attempts to discuss Armaan's mother with him, but he dismisses her, stating that he has no time to listen. Despite their differences, Abhira and Armaan share an unexpected moment of closeness, but Roop interrupts them, leading to an argument between him and Armaan. Abhira sides with Armaan, leaving Roop feeling disheartened.

Meanwhile, Abhir struggles to hold a juice glass, catching Vidya's attention. Armaan steps in to assist Abhir, who then expresses gratitude, acknowledging Armaan for supporting him and Charu. However, Abhir also makes it clear that he hasn't forgotten Armaan's betrayal of Abhira.

During the function, Armaan and Abhira end up dancing together, only to be interrupted by Roop. Watching the tension between them, Vidya advises Armaan not to hurt himself over the ongoing conflict. Later, a problem arises when Abhira realises that the dhol is missing. Sanjay instructs Krish to find a solution, but Krish explains that he doesn't have anyone's contact information. Seeing Abhira visibly distressed, Armaan feels saddened.
