Yash Patnaik remembers late Nitin Desai with this emotional note; refers to him as Vishwakarma

Nitin Chandrakant Desai, a four-time National Award winner for Best Art Direction, was found dead at his ND Studio in Karjat. Producer Yash Patnaik, who has worked with Nitin in two of his projects, reminisces about his time with the eminent art director. In a message to the late director, he says,” The news of your death came to me as a rude shock. We have worked together in two projects -- Chehra and Nagarjun. Whenever we met, he used to talk about the incident architecture Odisha temples - the use of horses and elephants in the sculptors, which  influenced his designs and his work.” 

He also adds, “At times we also had creative arguments as well; whether we had agreements, disagreements, fights or patch-ups -- every time, he will always tell me that we should work again and again. But now we never will.”
