Why Mohit Malik couldn't shoot?

Mohit Malik who is currently seen as arrogant and egoistic husband in Doli Armaanon Ki met with an accident. Well not to worry it was not a major one but Mohit injured his arm while performing a stunt at an award ceremony.  The actor got several burn marks on his hands and was in pain.

But being dedicated to his work, Mohit completed the stunt despite being in severe pain. The pain worsen so much so that he had to cancel his shoot the next day. 
 
We got in touch with Mohit who says, "I am recovering. It’s paining a lot. My hands have been burnt. I was facing a little problem as I was unable to wear anything. I was performing for my stunt and I missed my beat. I had to jump laden with fire and I missed my beat and got late. I had applied oil all over my hands and it badly was burnt. I continued with my act and it didn’t go well as it was supposed to be. I ran backstage for the first aid. I couldn’t wear anything so I had no option than to sit back at home and rest. I was lying down at my home the whole day. I couldn’t shoot."
