Why is Lakshya arrested on Swaragini?

With the latest track of Swaragini (Colors), Ragini (Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar) is married to Lakshya (Namish Taneja) and Swara (Helly Shah) after knowing the real face of Ragini is on a mission to bring the truth in front of the entire family.

While amid this there is a lot more drama in store for the viewers.

Lakshya who is heart-broken and has married to Ragini to save their families reputation will come across Swara. However, Swara will now join hands with Sanskar (Varun Kapoor) to reveal the true face of Ragini. She will go to the Maheshwari house and will apologize for running away on the wedding day.

Lakshya will once again be shattered seeing Swara and will get drunk. In a drunkard state he will call Swara and abuse her for betraying him. Post which Swara will go missing and Samishtha who is worried about her will put the blame on Lakshya for her disappearance. She will lodge a complaint against Lakshya and that will result to him going behind bars.

OMG... Does this mean Swara got kidnapped again? If not where has she gone?
