Moving out of your parents' house is a major decision...

Moving out of your parents' house is a major decision. Many may even occasionally dream of what it would be like to live on their own, or at least with the 'cool family' down the street.
While living independently has been widely adopted and appreciated in the west, our Indian culture and roots do not permit us to do the same. However, with the world becoming a smaller place to live in, a lot of culture and values have been adopted by Indians. For example, being gay is cool now, living-in before marriage is no more going to raise eyebrows!
A lot of celebrities move out of their home to find a new one in another city to pursue their desired career. Especially, our industry sees a lot of actresses coming from another home town to settle down in Mumbai. But what about the people who are already settled in the financial capital? Do we have dreams to try giving it a shot to live independently or least try to live all by our own?
Well, we do not know about the majority, but actress Ohanna Shivanand definitely feels so and the lady took to social media to voice her expression!
After stumbling upon her Facebook status, we contacted Ohanna who cheerfully said, "Well, I have lived with my mother all throughout life and I have been over pampered most of the time. When I look at other individuals from the acting fraternity or for that matter my cousins from USA who keep telling me of how I still live with my parents, I feel I should give it a try! But that is only going to happen with the consent of my parents. My mother when jovial tells me that I should get married, in that way I'll get a new home but marriage is not my agenda for now. I have not met my 'Mr. Right' till now!"
Hmm...
When asked about her career, Ohanna mentioned, "Well, people have this misconception that I only want to do films but I would like to clarify that I very much want to be a part of television and I am open to TV shows with good content."
All we can say is that moving out without parents is like an adventure in the forest without a guide!
