We all know how an array of shoots have relocated to other cities for shooting owing to the shutdown in Mumbai, some of these shows are shooting farther away in cities like Hyderabad, Delhi and Goa among others.
Amongst them is Imlie, which is amongst the best-rated shows for Star Plus that is shooting away in Hyderabad. The entire team is there and of course, a part of the same is actor Ritu Seth.
The actor plays the role of Aparna Tripathi, the lead actor Gashmeer Mahajani's mother in the show.
Talking about shooting away to ETimes TV, Seth said, "I had to leave my husband and my daughter behind to continue with work. I miss my entire family and I don't think I will be able to meet them soon because we will be here till May 15, as restrictions in Maharashtra have been extended. The first few days when we arrived here at Ramoji City, were extremely tough. We all were keeping to ourselves and were sad that we had to leave our families behind. But, in a few days, everything settled and we all came to terms with the situation."
When asked how is it difficult to shoot away in Hyderabad, she said, "Everything is different. The entire production team is looking after us but it is different. Also, the sanitisation rules are very strict. We don't meet our colleagues except during shooting and even if we gather in the evening, we maintain a six feet distance. We are constantly wearing masks and remove them only when we are in a shot. We don't have fun and laughter at all, like we used to, on the sets. Each person is having their own room and the unit is also smaller. So, things have changed."
We hope everyone is safe and sound while shooting for the show in Hyderabad.
