When Tamanna's Dharaa presented an award at the ICC T20 WC!

Indeed a cloud 9 moment for Anuja Sathe!

Anuja Sathe playing the lead role of an aspiring cricketer Dharaa on Star Plus' leading show Tamanna was recently in for a pleasant surprise. Dharaa was amongst the chosen ones to be a part of one of the most iconic matches of ICC T20 WC, India Vs Bangladesh, held in Bangalore on 23rd March. The actress got a rare opportunity to give away the man of the match trophy to the man of the match R Ashwin.

Talking about her experience after watching a LIVE cricket match for the very first time, Anuja said, "This occasion was the first of its kind for me and I was overwhelmed for getting such a big opportunity to watch Indian Cricket team bleed blue in literal terms and also presented a prominent award. It was a dream come true moment for me when I got to meet my idols, whom I have been following for a very long time. The highlight of the day was when the entire crowd recognized and cheered for me. For sure, this is my greatest memory as Dharaa Solanki from the show Tamanna."

"My show is all about, Women's dreams don't have an expiry date and women shouldn't stop chasing their dreams come what may. And watching our captain MS Dhoni and the Indian cricket team chasing their dream of winning was a breathtaking experience for me. Watching it live was electrifying", comments an excited Anuja.

Long way to go girl!!
