When Rupali Ganguly revealed EMOTIONAL reason behind son Rudransh not watching Anupamaa: 'He feels mumma ne..'

Rupali Ganguly, popularly known for her stint in Anupamaa and Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai is celebrating her 48th birthday today. The actress, who enjoys massive stardom today, had once refused to relate to the 'biggest star' tag.

In a conversation with News 18 sho sha, the actress was asked if her son Rudransh knew she was the biggest star in present times. Disagreeing with the tag 'the biggest star,' the actress went ahead to state that she is just an actor and not a big star. ''Main bas ek actor hoon,'' Rupali insisted.

Further, opening up on son Rudransh's reaction on people taking pictures with her outside, Rupali says, ''Initially he used to be very awkward and would say, 'mumma, no photo.' Usne waise aajtak Anupamaa ka ek frame nahi dekha hai haan. Room mein aata hai, Anupamaa chal raha hota hai, aise aata hai, aise chala jaata hai (hiding his face). He was 6 and a half years when I came to work. So initially his thought was ke Anupamaa mein naya family kar liya hai toh isliye Mumma mere paas nahi rehti. I was there hands on, all the time, main toh sath mein hi rehti thi.''

''I think he misses our time together and that is perhaps, aap chahe kitne bhi bade ho, it does not matter. Ye chakachaundh jo aaj hai, ho sakta hai kal na ho,'' Rupali then mentions.
