When Karan Tacker stole the limelight at Rucha's engagement..

TellyBuzz had written about actress Rucha Gujrati getting engaged last Sunday to businessman and engineer, Mitul Sanghvi. We had also mentioned that Rucha is now coincidentally shooting for her on screen surprise engagement with Shantanu (Karan Tacker) in Star One's Rang Badalti Odhani, which is jointly produced by Yash Patnaik's Beyond Dreams and Swapna Waghmare Joshi.

Rucha's co-actors from Rang Badalti Odhani and the Producers of the show were very much present for her engagement ceremony, which actually made it a star-studded affair. Even though the day belonged to the couple Rucha and Mitul, it was surprising to see that the entire limelight fell on the dashing Karan Tacker.

An onlooker who was witness to the whole fun and frolic in the engagement ceremony told us, "The people from the production house and actors were pulling the leg of the groom-to-be Mitul. They were teasing him by saying that his would-be wife would get proposed by Shantanu the very next day, and will accept his ring. However, Mitul was very accommodative and sportive enough to laugh it off as a joke and enjoy the evening".

If that is not enough, the guests who had come to greet the couple on their special day spotted Karan Tacker there and ran up to him to talk to him and click pictures with him.

Our source narrates, "Karan stole the limelight out there, and the entire crowd was around him. He had to pose for lot many photographs and this actually put Karan in an embarrassing situation".

Producer Yash Patnaik told us, "Yes, Karan indeed was the centre of attraction, but Mitul was a great sport".

We spoke to Karan Tacker who said, "It was really embarrassing. It was their special day, and they had to basically steal the thunder. It was so odd when people flocked to me and wanted me to pose for photographs. Guess that is what an actor's life is!! I need to get grooved to it. Thankfully Mitul is a very sweet guy, and he was sportive enough".
