We've all known her as the bubbly girl full of happiness and sunshine but the role she plays is quite contrasting to her real self. After all, the real challenge of any actor would be to play a character that's very different from their original self. We can now say that Pooja has played the role fantastically and proved herself as a skilled actress yet again. She said "Pooja Banerjee and Nivedita Basu are poles apart! I'm a completely different person in real life, very happy and warm". She remembers how Erica Fernandes jokingly asked her how can she be Nivedita Basu?

The comeback of India's favorite daily soap has made quite an impact after it's release on the 25th of September last year. The popular TV actress is currently shooting day and night and has a few web-series releases this year. 

With Erica Fernandes playing the role of Prerna, Pooja Banerjee playing Nivedita Basu, Parth Samthaan playing Anurag Basu and Hina Khan playing Komolika, the new show is definitely doing the original series a great justice!
