WHATT??!? Anika to get SHOT in 'Ishqbaaaz'?

Star Plus' Ishqbaaaz is currently high on the drama quotient with Nakuul Mehta aka Shivaay's double role creating all the necessary drama in the Oberoi house. 

Firstly, Shivaay goes and reveals his plan of trapping Mahi to Ranveer. On the other hand, Anika assumes Mahi to be Shivaay and informs him about Ranveer's involvement with Mahi and also about Soumya's kidnapping. This mistaken identity leads to the ball falling in Kamini, Mahi and Ranveer's court.

Mahi then reveals to Anika that he is not her husband, Shivaay but his doppelganger, Mahi. He also threatens Ankia that he will kill Soumya if she tries to expose the trio of Kamini, Ranveer and Mahi.

And as seen in the precap, Kamini places a gun in Mahi's hand and instructs him to kill Shivaay, so that he can take the place of Shivaay permanently in the Oberoi Mansion. And after giving it some thought, Mahi decides to go through with the plan.

During the festivities, Mahi shoots Shivaay, but Anika gets shot instead. How? Anika comes in the way of Shivaay when Mahi fires the gun, thus saving Shivaay!

Will Shivaay be successful in exposing Kamini & Co.?
