Vishal Karwal is popularly known as the cute and the dimpled Krishna of television today. But did you know that the actor is an Engineer and a Pilot by qualification. The actor discusses his alternate profession, if acting hadn't happened to him.

What would you be if not an actor?
I would have been a commercial Pilot if not an actor.

Have you taken any professional training for the same?
I finished my Computer Engineering after my schooling and also did my commercial pilot training. But after training, I took part in Roadies. After that projects came in, one after the other. After Roadies, Splitzvila also happened and that again kept me engaged in work. Today I am so engrossed in work that I do not get time for flying.

So after being an pilot, does you parents took any action against you for stepping into this industry?

My parents have always supported me in all my endeavors and when I decided to get into acting, they never stopped me.

After my studies I did not fly much but I do not regret it because I am really happy being an actor.
