We were definitely shocked: Param Singh and Rajat Verma on ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ not getting an extension

The ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ fandom is surely going through a tough time. Sony TV show ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ was to go off-air from 20th August 2021. However, the news came in that the show has got an extension for around three months. The cast and the fans of the show rejoiced and how. But, yesterday night it was clarified that the show isn’t getting an extension. It will go off-air from 20th August 2021. The fandom of the show got extremely disappointed and they took to social media to share their disappointment.

India Forums got in touch with actor Param Singh, he said, “Well, the news was quite unexpected. A bit shocking as well. Nevertheless, I had an interesting and enriching journey as Ahaan Veer Malhotra in the show. Want to cherish all the great memories with the cast and crew of ‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’. Only gratitude to the makers and the viewers for showering so much love on us"

Expressing his thoughts on the same, Rajat Verma who plays the character of Kartik in the show said, “Well, we were very happy with the extension news but suddenly received the information that the extension has been cancelled. It’s surely shocking and disappointing. However, we can’t really do much about the same than accepting it”.

‘Ishq Par Zor Nahi’ is produced by Gul Khan’s production company Four Lions Private Limited and Deepti Kalwani. It features actors like Param Singh, Akshita Mudgal, Shagun Sharma, Rajat Verma, Lakshya Handa among others.
