Vishal Karwal gets married to friend Heena in Himachal Pradesh

Actor Vishal Karwal is now a married man. The actor recently tied the knot with friend Heena in Himachal Pradesh on October 28th 2020. Himachal is where Karwal's hometown of Palampur is.

The couple did contemplate on postponing their wedding owing to the Covid-19 scenario but both families chose to stick to the original date.

In an interview with Times of India, Karwal said, “Owing to the lockdown and the pandemic situation, we had planned to postpone the wedding to December. However, my family felt that it would be very cold in my hometown during that month. So, we went ahead with the original date. Around 100 people, including our relatives and my friends from Delhi and Mumbai, attended the wedding. The pre-wedding rituals — mehendi and shagun — took place on October 26 and 27, and the haldi took place on the morning of October 28.”

When asked about why he kept his relationship under wraps, he said that he has always been private about it and did not want to talk about it at all.

When asked about honeymoon plans in the current scenario, he said, “We might just fly to Goa in mid-November before my birthday. I will get my car from Mumbai to Goa and then go on a road trip to South India."
