Vipul Gupta returns to TV as Sam in Chhoti Si Zindagi

Vipul Gupta, the actor who came to the limelight with India Calling is back to the small screen after a long hiatus. Vipul had earlier left television to concentrate on his Bollywood commitments and had done movies like Ye Saali Zindagi and Fox.

And now we hear that the actor will be playing the male lead in Zee TV's Chhoti Si Zindagi, produced by Hats Off Production.

Our source tells us, "Vipul will play the role of Sam post leap. He has just got back from USA and owns a radio station. He is the flamboyant young guy who is very positive. Isha, played by Toral Rasputra works as an RJ in this radio station. However, Sam and Isha do not relate to their past as Isha has settled in Mumbai with a new identity and is no more called by her original name".

We tried calling Vipul Roy, but he remained unavailable.

We hear that Vipul is slated to start shoot in a couple of days. As we know, Leena Jumani will essay the grown up Ira post the 10 year leap.
