Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Haseen Dillruba which will see him cast alongside Taapsee Pannu and Harshvardhan Rane. The film is inspired by Hindi pulp thrillers and speaking about the same, Massey in a recent interaction recalled the most 'embarrassing' incident that happened to him as a child, concerning an adult film.
During an interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan, Vikrant Massey and his co-stars reveal if they have ever been caught watching something they shouldn’t have been. The Chhapaak actor remembered the incident which happened at his grandmother's house.
"The most embarrassing incident happened at my nani's house," Vikrant initiated the story. "My cousins and I were watching, and my masi (aunt) walked in. We never thought she'd be up at 3 am... Then the walk of shame. I was staying at my nani's house for a few days, and whenever I'd run into my masi, getting a glass of water or something, I'd be ashamed to look her in the eye. It was very, very embarrassing."
He added, "But my masi was very kind. She never told my mom or anyone else. It was understood that the kids have grown up."
Coming from a television background, Vikrant Massey has successfully carved his place in the list of impeccable actors. From the television show Balika Vadhu to his last 2020 release Ginny Weds Sunny, Vikrant’s journey is what dreams are made of - hard work, passion and determination.
Surpassing all the obstacles with his versatility and determination, Vikrant Massey is onto his next project, Haseen Dillruba alongside Taapsee Pannu and Harshvardhan Rane. The murder mystery film will release on Netflix on Friday.
Recently, Vikrant also announced the direct to digital release of his upcoming social comedy film ‘14 Phere’ also starring Kriti Kharbanda. The film will premiere in July on Zee5.
