Vikas Sethi to play cop in Uttaran

Colors' Uttaran will see the entry of Vikas Sethi who will play a cop assigned with the duty of investigating the death of Vansh (Rohit Khurana).

A little birdie tell us, "Vikas Sethi who was last seen in Sony TV's Babul Ka Aangan Chootey Na will essay a stylish and up to the mark police officer. He is very professional when it comes to his job and does not let the fact that Iccha (Tina Dutta) suspects Veer (Nandish Sandhu) affect him. Avinash Motto the police officer is determined to do his part of investigation to get to the truth. To begin with he shows mercy on Veer allowing him to be part of Vansh's cremation ritual."

When contacted Vikas  Sethi told us, "I have never played a cop in my life. I was looking for different roles and this motivated me. Mine is  a cameo and I play the cop who is in charge of case relative to Vansh's death."

Vikas has started shooting and his entry will be aired some time this week.
