Vijay Deverakonda's statements were heavily criticized by the Nation; Close Source says he was misinterpreted

Recently, Vijay Deverakonda faced the wrath of the public, after excerpts from his interview made rounds on the social media. The Arjun Reddy star had expressed his views about the choices voters make under influences and the impact of the same on the society.

Now, a source close to the actor has revealed how being born into a middle class family, Vijay knows the struggles of an average earning household and while he voiced his opinion about the strata of the society that constitutes of the maximum population, his statements were heavily criticized by the netizens.

With social media emerging to be a toxic ground for anything and everything, the trolls are increasing by the day, wherein people are brutally ridiculing each other without even understanding the thought behind someone's statement. 

Vijay, has been facing a similar response to his statement by the netizens without even looking at his perspective of the statement.

Understanding the stressing points and the troubles of the middle class, the actor has time and again stood by the society in lending a helping hand in any manner possible.

Recalling the times, Vijay went a notch higher to help everyone, the source shared how with his innovative ideas, he makes it a point to be a support to his fans, be it the Deverakonda birthday Ice Cream truck, wherein he distributed ice creams to the public on the roads on his birthday, or extending support in the times of crisis and raising funds for the needy.

The source further mentioned that Vijay shares an extremely special bond with his fans and makes sure to extend his love towards them in innovative ways.

Vijay also set up the Deverakonda Foundation in order to help collect funds for Indian Army, skill development, providing employment opportunities to the youth. With his activities, the star has emerged to not just be an actor with fans but a fellow citizen who shares the emotions of the public and thereby stands for them as a society collectively.
