Things are on a roll when it comes to UTV show, which will be a remake of the Tamil serial, 'Kolangal'. As reported by tellybuzz, the show to be aired on Star Plus has Rohit Khurana.

The latest is that Viineet Kumar, who recently essayed a negative role in Zee TV's Chhoti Bahu, has been roped in to play the parallel lead.

Our source tells us, "Viineet will play a character which will look to be negative. He plays the character of Nikhil, a colleague of Avni the female lead who falls for her; however, the character is extremely positive."

When contacted, Viineet Kumar confirmed the news and said, "Yes, for the first time, I am playing a positive character, all I can say is that, I am a part of the show, but I cannot disclose details."

Rookie actor, Krutika Gaikwad, plays the youngest of the three sisters in the show. Krutika, who has earlier done a cameo role in Dil Mil Gaye and has also been seen in Sony's CID and Aahat. She plays the character of Aditi.

Shweta Girotra, who earlier played the parallel lead in Colors, Mohe Rang De, will play the middle sister Abha. She protects her family a lot and is caring towards her elder sister.

Aishwarya Narkar will play the mother of the girls, while Rohini Hattangadi and Anjan Srivastava will also essay important roles.
