Vidya Sinha put on a Ventilator; Health continues to Deteriorate: Details Below

Veteran actress Vidya Sinha is reportedly suffering from heart and lung disorders and is currently receiving treatment for the same at a hospital in Mumbai suburbs. Two days ago, she complained of a breathing problem, following which she was immediately rushed to the hospital. But now, as per fresh details coming in, her condition has been deteriorating and she has been shifted to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) where she has been put on a ventilator.

As per a report in SpotboyE, Vidya's condition was worsening and to get her stable they shifted her on PAP (Positive airway Pressure) ventilator and advised her to undergo angiography. However, her relatives were against it.

Speaking to Hindustan Times about the actress’ condition, one of the hospital officials shared, “Her prolonged medical issues had aggravated, leading to breathlessness and she even developed heart and lung disorders, leading to more breathlessness. All that has been taken care of.”

While the veteran continues to stay on ventilator, she is now out of danger and much stable than before. But, the doctors have kept her under observation for a couple of days and when they find her fit to go home they will give her a discharge.

"The doctors are yet to decide (about her discharge from the hospital). She will have to stay here for a few days for complete recovery," added the official.

Speaking of Vidya's work, she has starred in a number of films including, Choti Si Baat, Rajnigandha, Tumhare Liye, Mukti, Inkaarm Karm, Pati Patni Aur Woh, to name a few. After taking a break from films, the actress returned to cinema with Salman Khan's Bodyguard. 

Apart from the Hindi film industry, she is also a known face on television and has worked with Ekta Kapoor in Kaavyanjali (2006) and another TV show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala.

Vidya married her neighbour Venkateshwaran Iyer in 1968 and later the couple adopted a daughter and named her Jhanvi. In the year 1996 an unfortunate incident turned her life, when her husband left for heavenly abode. Post his demise, she married Netaji Bhimrao Salunkhe in 2001. However, her second marriage didn't last long and she divorced him in 2009 after having a troublesome relationship for the past few years. Later, she also filed a complaint of domestic violence against her former husband in January 2009.
