Vidya Balan spills beans on 'Kahaani' sequel?

Vidya Balan, who had wowed everyone with her portrayal of an ostensibly pregnant woman, who comes from London to Kolkata in search of her missing husband in Sujoy Ghosh's 'Kahaani', is currently working in 'Te3n' where Sujoy is the creative producer of the film. Vidya will be seen playing a cop in the movie, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

In a recent interview, when asked about her role in 'Te3n', Vidya said, "It's only a special appearance but Ribhu Dasgupta's (director) script is fantastic. And I'm playing a cop for the first time." [sic]

Talking about teaming up with Ghosh once again, Vidya said that she is planning to act in Ghosh's next directorial venture. "Sujoy and I are doing a film which will roll early next year, I'm hoping it will be 'Kahaani 2' but Sujoy has other interesting scripts too," Vidya shared. [sic]

So can we hope for a sequel to the thrilling 'Kahaani'?!
