Veronica Verma on Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal: Playing the role of a witch for the first time, I am pretty excited

Actress Veronica Verma, who has been a part of shows like Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has entered Karan Kundrra, Reem Sameer and Gashmeer Mahajani starrer Tere Ishq Mein Ghayal. In a candid chat with us, the actress revealed her character in the show, what intrigued her to sign it and many more.

Spilling beans on her character, the actress says, "I play Alaya, a powerful witch who has the strength to kill anybody through her power. The character I am essaying is grey-shaded and it holds a good position in the show. It is for the first time I am playing the role of a witch and it's pretty exciting. I am also looking forward to delve into my character and exploring its shades."

Revealing what prompted her to take this show, the actress says, "Every human being once in a lifetime dreams of getting a super power, even I used to dream of the same, so when I got the chance to have a super power in reel life, I was pretty intrigued by it. Plus, the uniqueness and importance of my character made me sign this show. This show is raising a high bar on television content and in the fantasy fiction space. And I’m delighted to have stepped aboard it."
