"Veer was meant to be a cameo, but ended up becoming a full-fledged role in Ishqbaaaz."

There are villains, and then we'll say that there was this character Veer Pratap Chauhan from Ishqbaaaz. When makers introduced Nikitin Dheer as Veer, Anika's (Surbhi Chandna) obsessive lover, little did we know that there would be an entire parallel plot to the character.

Veer turned out to actually be the Oberoi brothers Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta), Omkara (Kunal Jaisingh) and Rudra's (Leenesh Mattoo) brother. And, while his mother Roop terrorized the entire family, Anika became Veer's obsession.    

But now, Veer's character will come to an end and Nikitin shared an emotional post about his entire journey. Here, he revealed details like how his role was initially meant to be a month long cameo, but with a very encouraging response from the audience, the track of Veer Pratap Chauhan ended up becoming a full fledged role.

Now that's one bittersweet parting message one would always remember.
