TRP Toppers: Anupamaa tops the list; ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ and ‘Faltu’ rise up

We are back with another week of reporting the numbers game and mentioning how your favorite shows performed this week. While some continue to be predictable with their performances, there are some changes to look at usually. After a week full of dramatic twists in the TV shows, the producers, channel as well as the viewers wait eagerly to know the TRP ratings of their favorite shows.

Without further ado let’s have a look at the TRP ratings this week.

No.5: Faltu

Star Plus show ‘Faltu’ got its ratings improved. The show is at the fifth spot this week in the fiction genre and secured 2.2 points. The current track of the show revolves around Ayan turning cold towards Faltu while Faltu feels disheartened because of the same.

No.4: Imlie

Star Plus show ‘Imlie’ is at fourth spot with 2.4 rating. The current track of the show revolves around Atharva learning about Imlie being Shayara and not Cheeni. One of the first reasons why Atharva fell for Cheeni was that she told him about her pen-name being Shayara and that she writes poems for Bhaskar Times. Now that Atharva knows that Shayara is Imlie, he has gotten a lot of clarity in his thoughts.

No.3: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai

Star Plus show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ is at number third spot with 2.4 points. The show recently took a leap and post leap there’s a lot of freshness in the show with the entry of kids. Akshara is staying with Abhinav and her child Abhir while Abhimanyu has become a father figure to Aarohi-Neil’s daughter Ruhi.

No.2: Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin

Star Plus show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ sustains the number second position with 2.8 ratings. The current track revolves around Virat and Sai having a break-down moment wherein they discuss about their mistakes in the past. In the upcoming episodes, Sai will learn about the major truth and she will get furious on Virat.

No.1: Anupamaa

No points for guessing, the number one spot goes to Star Plus show ‘Anupamaa’. The show secured 3.0 points. The current track of the show revolves around Anu and Anuj finally patching up after a long time and the credit goes to Dheeraj and Devika.

Apart from the fiction shows, non-fiction award show ‘ITA Awards’ received 2.4 rating.
