Tina Parekh in Specials @ 10..

The actress who was seen in Balaji's Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki, Tina Parekh returns to small screen with the series of Specials @ 10 on Sony. The series is called Madhavi and Tina will essay the main lead. NikhilArya is also there in the show.

"The role of Madhavi is a pleasant surprise. This character has a mind of her own and stands by whatever she says," says Tina.

Describing the role further the actress adds, "She is a strong woman but doesn't care much about what others would feel. Her love is her job, but she falls into a particular situation which changes her life."

"This character is not larger than life but very realistic and I feel happy to have got this role," she quips.

When asked about the other ventures on television, she says, "Well I think I am done with my share on television. Now I'm just waiting for something different to come my way".

Madhavi is an emotional story about two mothers; Sakina Bano and Madhavi (Tina Parekh) who fight for the custody battle of Ruchi, Madhavi's adopted daughter and Sakina Bano's biological daughter. Some years ago, Sakina Bano leaves behind little Ruchi in the midst of a riot. Madhavi, a media professional, who was out to cover the riot sees this little girl child crying helplessly and adopts her immediately.

Will the court of law favor the biological mother or will Madhavi win this battle??
