#ThrowBackThursday: 5 reasons why we miss Bhanwar.

'Bhanwar'(whirlpool) is an Indian television series which takes real life court cases to the 'reel' life. This show was successful in creating realistic docudramas and was quite grossing right from its launch. The show is now off air and if you haven't watched it, here are 5 reasons why you should start a binge watch.

Super interesting court cases.

This show picked out some of the most unique and surreal court cases. These cases would make you think at a different level altogether! The cases are so intense and action packed with new twists and turns in every single episode.

 Realistic direction.

Salute to the directors of this series! The direction will actually make you feel as if you are linked to the case and will give you a feeling as if you are sitting in the courtroom. Also the scenes outside the courtroom show innovation at its best as something new is served in every episode.

Even more realistic locations.

The art direction of this show is to the point. The mock court sets, are so realistic that they actually look like a real courtroom. The yellowish pale lighting used, is apt and sets the audience's mood and duly warns them that something serious is about to happen.

Epic plot Twists.

Yes! The plot twists are just epic. The story will gradually take you to the climax and when you are all set for the conclusion... Bam! There will be a twist in the story that will strike you like lightning!

This epic lawyer!

This lawyer is probably one of the best advocate television has ever seen! He calls almost all the opposing lawyers with the wrong names. For eg. He calls Yuvraaj as Yamraaj! This guy probes deep into the case to finds out precise details and unseen facts, and presents them in front of the judge at the end. He is the reason why the show has so many twists and turns, compelling the audience to watch the show. If lawyers like this exist in real life, courtrooms would be super crowded!

We really hope that a new season of this series comes out soon and entices us by unraveling new suspense, twists and mysteries!

I am currently living in Japan, and I still miss Bhanwar badly. I never missed an episode when I was in India just like I never missed Crime patrol.

The case of the professor accused for running a sex racket was beautifully portrayed.

Waiting for New Season.
