Thrill Zone with Karan Mehra

TellyBuzz dedicates our today's column to Telly wood actors who have experienced adventure and thrill at some point in their life. This week we have the very naughty and talented Karan Mehra on our hot-seat, who is currently seen as Bhanu Shergill in Sony TV's super hit show Bade Acche Lagte Hai.

Let's see what does Karan has to share with us...

What is adventure according to you?

I think my whole life has been an adventurous journey up till now, especially when I was very young and came down to Bombay. Lately, adventure for me is going on long bike rides with couple of my friends. I have this Harley Davidson bike and every other day we come up with some group activities, long night rides and overnight staying, so that is adventure for me. Recently I had been to Amby Valley riding on my bike along with my gang of guys.

Give us an insight about your most adventurous day...

If I have to recall one such day, then the most adventurous experience for me was during my school days, when I was in class 7^th. I was a part of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and we had been taken to a NCC camp in Dehradun. Being a NCC camp, we had to go through a tough time like drilling (military parade), bathing in the river and bullet firing. Interestingly, we had to jump off from a helicopter. Even though we were safeguarded with the belts and parachutes, none of the guys were willing to jump. That moment I thought either ways I had to jump, so I stepped forward and jumped off the helicopter with a flawless landing, that was not only an adventurous but a proud moment for me.

What is your our favorite adventure sport?

My most favorite adventure sport is Sky diving and I wish to try it exactly the way it was done in the movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobaara.

Any one thrilling adventure on your wish list?

I want to try Bungee jumping sometime soon, so that is the next thing on my wishlist.

Who would you want to take for a thrilling activity from the industry? Why?

If given an opportunity, I would love to take Deepika Padukone for a thrilling activity from the industry. The reason being most of the heroines are already hooked up and I pretty much like Deepika Padukone. Moreover, if she gets scared, she can hold me and vice versa. (Laughs)
