This is how Kartik and Naira will PATCH UP in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'

Star Plus' Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai's further track certainly is drama galore. After Naira finds out that Mansi Goenka killed Akshara and that Kartik was also aware of this and hid the truth from her, she leaves the house.

Even though Naira is hurt and heartbroken, she takes the decision to shut Akshara's accident case, thus saving Mansi from imprisonment. And in spite of Kartik's best efforts, she refuses to reconcile with him and return to the Goenka house.

The upcoming episodes will witness Kartiks' birthday, and the lover boy will be seen visiting Naira in hopes of being given a second chance. But Naira will refuse to do so. Infact, she will not even call Kartik or text to wish him on his birthday. The couple's fight will get bitter and Kartik will tell Naira to never show her face to him.

But obviously, Kartik and Naira's inevitable patch up will happen soon.

Naira will later realise that Kartik is not the one to be blamed and will decide to forgive him. But since Kartik has asked Naira to never show her face to him, the lady will plan to first cheer him up and then show her face (literally). Naira will go to Kartik's birthday party dressed as a clown and will dance around Kartik and cheer him up.

And that is when the much-awaited reunion of Kartik and Naira will take place.
