Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Neil struggles to remember wife's name; Savi vows not to replace Teju

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin episode opens with Dr Surva informing Pradhan that Neil's condition has improved enough for him to return home. When Vinod inquires about Neil's memory recovery, the doctor explains that the brain swelling must subside, which could take anywhere from several days to even months.

Meanwhile, Leena strongly opposes Savi being around Neil. However, Dr. Surva stresses that Savi's presence is vital for Neil's mental and emotional healing. He advises the family to allow Savi to continue the facade of being Neil's wife, warning that distancing her now could hinder Neil's progress. He also points out that while they're free to consult another specialist, they must reflect on whether their resentment toward Savi outweighs their care for Neil.

After much persuasion from Vinod and Bhushan, Leena reluctantly agrees to let Savi stay, solely in consideration of Neil's well-being. Vinod expresses gratitude towards the doctor and assures him that they will not reveal the truth to Neil.

At home, Neil receives a warm welcome from Leena, who performs a ritual to ward off evil. Neil then requests that the same be done for Savi and the children. Despite her discomfort, Leena obliges and brings them inside with a traditional gesture. She then tells Neil to take complete rest at home and offers to assist him with anything he needs. Neil, however, replies that he is well cared for by his wife.

Shortly after, Amruta offers Neil a glass of turmeric milk and reminds him that she used to give it to him when he was unwell. Neil, clearly confused, doesn't recognise her. Vinod steps in to clarify their relationship. Leena, unable to hide her emotions, leaves the room quietly. Neil apologises for not being able to recall anyone, and the family leaves to give him some space.

Later, Savi reminds Neil to take his medication after lunch. He gazes at her silently, trying to recall who she is. Though her face feels familiar, he cannot even remember her name. As he quietly fixes her hair, he confesses his struggle to remember. He chooses not to ask for her name, preferring to recall it himself and instead decides to call her his wife for the time being. Savi accepts this, and Neil feels lucky to have someone so patient by his side.

When Savi tells him to change clothes, Neil picks a shirt from the cupboard and seeks her approval. She nods, and he notices that none of her or the children's belongings are in the room. When he questions her, Savi calmly explains that the room is under renovation and their things were temporarily moved to another one. She promises to shift everything back the next day, and Neil believes her.

Savi then spots Teju's photograph on a drawer. She silently promises not to take Teju's place in Neil's heart and vows to step away once he recovers. She carefully hides the picture away.

Elsewhere, Sai asks Manjari when they'll return to Granny Bhagyashree's house. Savi gently tells her that they'll be staying at Neil's home for a short while until he's better and requests that Sai address Neil with affection, calling him "Pookie baba." Although Sai is hesitant and reminds Savi that Rajat is her real father, she agrees when Savi explains that it's just temporary to help Neil heal. Savi then tells Manjari she'll need her support going forward.
