This Ek Hasina Thi actress ROPED IN for Star Plus' KarnSangini!

Star Plus' KarnSangini is all set to launch tonight and is one of the channel's much awaited mythological dramas. It is also Shashi Sumeet Productions' first mythological show.

The show stars Kinshuk Vaidya, Tejasswi Prakash and Ashim Gulati in the lead roles of Arjun, Princess Uruvi and Karn respectively. KarnSangini traces the love story of Karn and Uruvi and how the Princess chooses Karn over Arjun.

And now, another actor, Jyoti Gauba, is all set to join the show and will play the role of Uruvi's mother. According to reports, her role will be strong and story-centric.

Jyoti has been a pivotal part of acclaimed shows like Piyaa Albela, Ek Hasina Thi, Kavach Kaali Shaktiyon Se and Ek Mutthi Aasmaan among others.
