There is nothing like that - Shaheer Sheikh on being approached for 'Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2'

Shaheer Sheikh will be seen in Anirudh Pathak's magnum opus, Dastaan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali on Colors along with Sonarika Bhadoria. While the fans of the show are extremely happy about his return with such a grand show, there was something else that had kept the excitement of the fans quite at par.

And, that is back in time when news about Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 just broke out. Shaheer and Erica Fernandes were rumoured to be paired together in an attempt to provide a visual treat to the fans. However, none of that happened, and fans got a fresh pairing of Parth Samthaan and Erica instead.

Talking about being approached for the show, Shaheer said, "There is nothing like that. This show is rather very close to me and I think this is a dream role for me. I have seen the promos of the show though, and they are really good. My friend (Erica Fernandes) is there in the show, but for me it was Mughal-E-Azam since the beginning."
