Kapil Sharma's brand is going through a tough time right now. And probably more such times are ahead for the comedian who has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons.

His infamous brawl with Sunil Grover and Chandan Prabhakar on a return flight from Melbourne became the talk of the town, followed by the two and Ali Asgar abandoning the shoot of the episode.

And now, according to a leading tabloid, what may add to Kapil's woes is that Sony TV is contemplating to pull the plug on 'The Kapil Sharma Show'.

Yes!

The show is up for renewal and is a Rs. 106 crore deal, but this may not materialise considering the controversies.

Apparently, Kapil had to cancel a few shoots due to his cast (Sunil, Chandan and Ali) not being present on the sets and also because he couldn't wrangle in any big names.

To top it all, Kapil has left for the shooting his Bollywood film 'Firangi'.

Our source who is closely associated with the show has informed us that the next episode of 'The Kapil Sharma Show' is scheduled to be shot on the 29th of this month, but none of the core cast members have confirmed any date.

Does this mean that it is a dead end for 'The Kapil Sharma Show'?
