Tech Savvy Player: Sonam Kapoor!

The undaunted fashionista and bluntly candid starlet, Sonam Kapoor bags a brand new title with her upcomingmulti-starrer venture Players, that of being an internet hacker!

Surprised? You sure can be! But the actress herself goes on record to claim how her days before becoming an actress had seen her alter avatar as a gadget-ress, who loved being the tech savvy geek. Her common pranks back from the days included hacking into friends' mail accounts and sending emails to other people and so on, although Sonam does assure she put an end to all that after embarking upon her industry career!

So does she relate with her character in the movie Players? Naina, in Sonam's words, is spunky and colourful, the kind of up-to-date with technology character that in her opinion is quite like her! Compare it with her solemn simplistic role in the recent blockbuster and critically approved Mausam, and Sonam believes she's going the right way, as long as she's testing herself with 'variety' in her roles. An opinion, which she claims, her father too shares.

Excited about this latest role, where she's on top with technology, and is heard to have pulled off quite a few stunts, Sonam can hardly be better whilst riding high on her recent success at the BO. Here's hoping Sonam will continue her upward streak, and similarities forsaken, not face a Thank You like fate for Players!
