Tanuj Virani addresses rumors pertaining to Jennifer Winget

One of the constant factors of the entertainment industry over the years has been the spreading of rumors time and again when it comes to some friendships and pairings between multiple actors. And hence it was no surprise that actors Tanuj Virwani and Jennifer Winget became the victim of the same only recently. Virwani and Winget met on the sets of a web show two years ago and have been great friends with each other ever since.

Recently, Virwani posted an image of himself with Winget from their workout routine and that led to people making their assumptions and wondering if there is something brewing between the two. But putting all rumors to rest, Virwani talked to ETimes TV saying, “I had known Jennifer through common friends for many years, but I got to know her really well only two years ago on the sets of a show. Our friendship is transparent, genuine and extremely good. I like to spend time with her and she has made a positive difference to my life. That is why I posted about her and a few other friends on my social media handle. I love to hang out with her and she is a great friend. But people should not look for any masala in our friendship."

He added, “We are friends and however boring it sounds to people, that is the truth. Generally, when an actor is linked with an actress and says that they are 'just friends', people don't believe it, but in our case, it's true! Jennifer and I are good friends and it's great being around her. The best part about being friends with Jennifer is how consistent it is; even after not shooting together after our show got over, we continued to meet and hang out with each other.”

Well that should settle it once and for all.
